Clinical Observation Of Yanghe Pingchuan Granules In The Treatment Of AECOPD Risk Window(Kidney Deficiency With Phlegm Syndrome)and Its Effect On IL-8/TNF-? Levels

Objective:This paper attempts to observe the clinical effect of Yanghe Pingchuan Granules in the treatment of AECOPD risk window(kidney deficiency with phlegm syndrome),and to explore its influence on the levels of IL-8 and TNF-?.Methods:60 patients with AECOPD risk window(kidney deficiency with phlegm syndrome)were randomly assigned to the observation group and the control group with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the treatment group was treated with Yanghe Pingchuan Granules.Taking 21 days as a course of treatment,according to the related scale,the changes of TCM syndrome scores,CAT scores,six minute walking distance,pulmonary function,and inflammatory factors(IL-8,TNF-?)were observed and recorded.Results:1.Comparison of TCM syndrome scores:Before the treatment,there was no statistical significance between the two groups(P>0.05).After the treatment,the scores of the two groups was lower than before(P<0.01).The observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.01).2.Comparison of pulmonary function:Before the treatment,there was no significant difference in FEV1% and FEV1/ FVC% between the two groups(P>0.05).After the treatment,FEV1% and FEV1/ FVC% of the two groups were higher than those before treatment(P < 0.01).But there was no significant difference in FEV1% and FEV1/FVC% between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).3.Comparison of CAT scores:Before the treatment,there was no statistical significance between the two groups(P>0.05).After the treatment,CAT scores of the two groups was lower than before(P <0.01),and the decline of the observation group was more significant(P<0.01).4.Comparison of 6MWD:Before the treatment,there was no statistical significance between the two groups(P > 0.05).After the treatment,6MWD of the two groups increased compared with before(P<0.01),and the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.01).5.Comparison of inflammatory factors:Before the treatment,there was no significant difference in the levels of IL-8 and TNF-? between the two groups(P>0.05).After the treatment,the levels of IL-8 and TNF-? in the two groups were lower than those before(P<0.01),and the observation group was more significantly lower(P<0.05).Conclusions:1.Yanghe Pingchuan Granules can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with AECOPD risk window(kidney deficiency with phlegm syndrome),reduce TCM syndrome score,CAT score,and improve the quality of life of patients.2.Yanghe Pingchuan Granules can increase the 6MWD of patients with AECOPD risk window(kidney deficiency with phlegm syndrome),improve the lung function of patients to a certain extent,and improve the exercise endurance of patients.3.Yanghe Pingchuan Granules can reduce the serum levels of IL-8 and TNF-? in patients with AECOPD risk window(kidney deficiency with phlegm syndrome),which shows that it has a certain inhibitory effect on inflammatory response.
