Purpose: By observing the improvement of Xuebijing Injection on Phlegm and blood stasis type of Acute exacerbation chronic obstructive pulmonary disease clinical symptoms ?Pa CO2?Pa O2 ?the inflammatory factors and immune cells before and after treatment,to investigate the clinical effect of Xuebijing.Material and method: From January 2015 to February 2017,70 Acute exacerbation chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients of phlegm and blood stasis type(Lung function was diagnosed as severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, which was caused by infection)were hospitalized in the Department of respiration of the 463 Hospital of PLA in Shenyang,Male 36,female 34.70 patients with Acute exacerbation chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were randomly divided into Xuebijing group and control group,Xuebijing group has 35 persons,Among them,16 cases were male, and the 19 were female, with an average age of 69.23±5.29 years old.The control group consisted of 35 people, and 16 cases were male, the 19 were female, with a mean age of 68.94±5.99 years old.The chi square test was used to analyze,The gender, age and lung function of the two groups were statistically analyzed, and there was no statistical difference(P>0.05)between the two groups. The control group was given conventional oxygen inhalation, expectorant, antispasmodic, anti infection therapy.Xuebijing group on the base of the control group use the Xuebijing injection, the treatment time was 7 days. After 7 days to compare the change situation in two groups of patients with cough, sputum and other clinical symptoms,?carbon dioxide partial pressure(Pa CO2)?oxygen partial pressure(Pa O2)?peripheral blood leukocyte count(WBC)? serum procalcitonin(PCT)? high sensitive C reactive protein(Hs-CRP)?erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR)?interleukin-6(IL-6)?helper T lymphocytes(CD4+)?Suppressor T cell(CD8+)and CD4+/CD8+ratio in peripheral blood.Results:1.After treatment, the Xuebijing group improved clinical symptoms, such as cough, sputum,is superior to control group, the Xuebijing group total effectiveness 94.3%,control group total effective rate was 85.7%,statistically significant(P < 0.05).2.After treatment, the Xuebijing group Pa O2 content is higher than that of control group,Pa CO2 content is lower than the control group, the Xuebijing group curative effect was better than control group, with statistical significance(P < 0.05).3.After treatment, the Xuebijing group peripheral blood WBC?serum PCT?Hs-CRP?ESR?IL-6 improvement is better than the control group.Statistically significant(P < 0.05).4.After treatment,CD4+in peripheral blood lymphocytes of Xuebijing group was higher than the control group,CD8 +was lower than the control group, the CD4+ /CD8 +ratio increased batter than the control group, with statistical significance(P < 0.05).Conclusion:1.Routine basic treatment plus Xuebijing injection can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,Improve efficacy.2.Routine basic treatment plus Xuebijing injection can improve the blood oxygen content in patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, improve the status of hypoxia.3.Routine basic treatment plus Xuebijing injection can improve the peripheral blood WBC?serum PCT,Hs-CRP,ESR,IL-6 and other inflammatory markers in patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, and improve the therapeutic effect.4.Routine basic treatment plus Xuebijing injection can improve the immune function of patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and improve immunity.
