The Influence Of Yanghe Pingchuan Granules On Serum In Flammatory Factor And Immune Index For COPD Of Kidney Deficiency Phlegm Turbid Syndrome

ObjectiveTrying to observe the clinical effects of Yanghe Pingchuan granules treating COPD patients of kidney deficiency and phlegm turbid syndrome,and to further discuss the effects of it on inflammation factor and immune function index of COPD patients of kidney deficiency and phlegm turbid syndrome.MethodsThe Sixty-two hospitalized COPD patients who met the inclusion criteria as the subject of study.they were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,each group of 31 cases.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine.The treatment group is based on control group combined with oral Yanghe Pingchuan granules,1 bag/time,3 times/day,and 4 weeks of treatment.To observe the changes of patients after treatment in TCM syndrome integral,pulmonary function,CAT score,inflammatory factors?TNF-?,IL-8,CRP,PCT,PA?,immune index?IgA,IgG,IgM,CD3⁺,CD4⁺,CD8⁺,CD4⁺/CD8⁺?collate data,and use statistical software for data analysis.Results1.The scores of TCM syndromesafter treatment in both groups were significantly reduced?P<0.01?,and the decrease in the treatment group was more obvious?P<0.01?.The curative effect of TCM syndrome in the treatment group was better than that of the control group?P<0.01?.2.The CAT score in both groups after treatment was lower than that before treatment?P<0.01?,and the decrease in the treatment group was more obvious?P<0.01?.3.Two groups of patients after the treatment of FVC,FEV₁ and FEV₁/FVC were significantly higher?P<0.01?,and the increase of FVC,FEV₁ and FEV₁/FVC in the treatment group was more obvious?P<0.01?.4.The serum levels of TNF-?,IL-8,CRP,PCT were significantly lower than those before treatment?P<0.01?and PA increased?P<0.01?in the two groups.In the treatment group,serum TNF-?,IL-8,CRP were statistical lower?P<0.01?,and PA increased significantly?P<0.01?.There was no significant difference in PCT level between the two groups after treatment?P<0.05?.5.After treatment,the levels of CD3⁺,CD4⁺,CD4⁺/CD8⁺,IgA,IgG and IgM were all increased?P<0.01?in the two groups,CD8⁺level decreased?P<0.01?.The levels of CD3⁺,CD4⁺/CD8⁺,CD4⁺and IgA,IgG and IgM increased significantly in the treatment group?P<0.01 or P<0.05?,and the CD8⁺reduction is more obvious?P<0.05?.Conclusion1.Yanghe Pingchuan granules can reduce the TCM syndrome score of COPD patients of kidney deficiency and phlegm turbid syndrome,improve clinical symptoms,and gain benefits in terms of quality of life and lung function.2.Yanghe Pingchuan granules can reduce COPD patients of kidney deficiency and phlegm turbid syndrome in serum TNF--?,IL-8,CRP,PCT levels,increase PA,showed that its anti-inflammatory effect to COPD patients of kidney deficiency and phlegm turbid syndrome.3.Yanghe Pingchuan granules can improve the levels of CD3⁺,CD4⁺/CD8⁺,CD4⁺and serum IgA,IgG and IgM levels of COPD patients of kidney deficiency and phlegm turbid syndrome,and reduce the level of CD8⁺,which has certain regulatory functions for cellular immunity and humoral immunity.
