| Objective:To study the clinical outcomes of hysteroscopic electrotomy and hysteroscopic curettage of endometrial polyps. Methods:The Patients who underwent hysteroscopic surgery in the gynecology department of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from October 2017 to April 2019 and were diagnosed with endometrial polyps after pathological diagnosis.According to the surgical methods of patients,80 patients who underwent hysteroscopic electrotomy were the hysteroscopic resection group, and the 70 patients who accepted hysteroscopic endometrial polyp scraping were the hysteroscope curettage group. To compare clinical consequent of the parameters of the two groups of surgery, the thickness of endometrium, hemoglobin and the improvement of menstruation, complications and recurrence at 3 months and 6 months after operation. Results:The endometrium thickness of those groups decreased significantly at 3 and 6 months after surgery, and the hemoglobin levels were significantly increased in the3,and 6 months after the surgery(all P<0.05).Compared with the blood loss during surgery, the duration of hospital stays, the menstrual improvement, the complications and recurrences. The hysteroscopic resection group was less than another group, and the clinical effect was predominant. The comparison of the two sets of data is statistically significant(χ~2=0.000、0.038、12.125、5.911、4.783,all P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical treatment effect of hysteroscopy on endometrial polyps is more significant than hysteroscopy curettage,so that the majority of gynecologists should be trained in time and be proficient in clinical use. |
