Objective:To observe the efficacy of Endomertrial polyps(EP)after hysteroscopic electrotomy with Diane-35and levonoprogesterone intrauterine sustained release system(mirena),and to understand the recurrence rate and complications after different treatments? Methods:Retrospective analysis was conducted on 100 married women aged 24-54 years who were admitted to the first affiliated hospital of suzhou university from January 2017 to November 2018 for hysteroscopic electrotomy of endometrial polyps,Is divided into three groups,In the control group,37 cases of endometrial polyps were treated by hysteroscopy alone,After operation,30 cases were treated with Diane-35and 33 cases were treated with levonorgestrel intrauterine sustained release system(mirena)? After hysteroscopic polypectomy, the patient was placed in the uterine cavity of levonorgestrel intrauterine sustained release system(mirena)and Diane-35orally for 3 months,Endometrial changes, menstrual volume changes, clinical symptoms and recurrence rates were followed up by telephone at 3 and 6 months after the operation, and adverse reactions after the placement of Diane-35 and mirena were recorded? Results:the endometrial thickness of the three groups decreased with b-mode ultrasound follow-up,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05),Three months after the operation, there were 2 cases of recurrence in the control group, and no recurrence in the Diane-35 and mirena groups, with no statistically significant difference(P>0.05),There were 5 cases of recurrence in the control group 6 months after the operation, and no recurrence in the Diane-35 group and mirena group, with statistically significant difference(P<0.05)?Diane-35 treatment for 3 months adverse reactions in 7 cases(the mood be agitated, weight gain, nausea, breast tenderness),A total of 8 cases of adverse reactions(breast distention, lumbar acid and obesity)occurred after the placement of mirena ring, and there was no statistically significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05)?The recurrence rate was higher 3 months after hysteroscopic resection, especially 6 months after the operation than that after the placement of davin-35 and levonorgestrel intrauterine sustained release system(mirena),but the adverse reactions of oral davin-35 and mirena were more common?Conclusion:1.Hysteroscopic electroresection of endometrial polyps has definite diagnostic and therapeutic effects on endometrial polyps;2.After hysteroscopic resection of endometrial polyps, combined with daying-35 and mirena treatment, endometrial thinning and reduced menstrual volume can be achieved, which has a good effect on preventing endometrial polyps;3.As for the adverse reactions caused by oral administration of Diane-35 and intra uterine placement of manyule ring, the adverse reactions of manyule gradually decrease with the passage of time, which is better than oral administration of darying 35 as a postoperative prevention of polyp recurrence?...
