Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacies of hysteroscopic tissue resection system in the treatment of endometrial polyps.Methods:Thirty-eight patients with endometrial polyps treated with hysteroscopic tissue resection in the Jiangxi Maternal and Child Health Hospital from April 2017 to December 2018 were selected as the experimental group, and 43 cases were treated in our hospital during the same period.Endometrial patients treated with hysteroscopic plasma electrotomy were used as control group. The operation time, intraoperative blood loss, intraoperative and postoperative complications, and the success surgical resection ratio, the length of hospital stay, hospitalization cost, postoperative menstrual symptoms improvement ratio, postoperative recurrence ratio, postoperative pregnancy composition ratio improvement, postoperative surgical evaluation and other indicators were observed and compared between the two groups.Result:All the 81 patients underwent surgery successfully. The postoperative pathology confirmed endometrial polyps, and the local endometrium showed a proliferative phase. After statistical analysis, the average operation time of the study group and the control group were 14.37±7.67 min and 18.51±8.64 min, respectively. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the operation time of the study group was significantly shorter than that of the control group. The average hospitalization expenses of the study group and the control group were 14509.64 ± 2468.85 yuan and 7079.13 ± 1452.30 yuan respectively. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the hospitalization cost of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group; There were no complications during the operation. The patients in both groups were successfully resected. The average intraoperative blood loss of the study group and the control group were 6.58±7.98 ml and 7.19±4.26 ml,respectively. There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05);the average hospitalization days of the study group and the control group were 2.87±1.61 days and 3.33±1.12 days, respectively. There was no significant difference between thetwo groups(P>0.05).There were 5 cases of patients lost during the interview. The study group and the control group had menstrual symptoms before surgery. There were 23 cases in the study group and 32 cases in the control group. The improvement of menstrual symptoms in the study group was 23 cases, the improvement ratio was100%,and the control group had 31 cases of improvement of menstrual symptoms. The improvement ratio was 96.87%.The difference between the two groups was not significant(P>0.05);there were 21 cases and 18 cases of pregnancy in the study group and the control group,6 cases in the study group were successful in pregnancy, the pregnancy composition ratio was 28.57%,and the control group had 10 cases in the control group were successful in pregnancy, the pregnancy composition ratio was55.56%.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).There was 1 case of recurrence in the study group, the recurrence ratio was 2.78%,and 4cases recurred in the postoperative control group. The composition ratio was 10%,the difference between the two groups was not significant(P>0.05).In the study group,36 patients were evaluated as effective,30 significantly effective,5 effective,1ineffective,and 40 in the control group. The postoperative surgical results were evaluated as significantly effective in 33 cases, effective in 4 cases, and ineffective in3 cases. The difference between the two groups was not significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:For the surgical treatment of endometrial polyps, hysteroscopic tissue resection is a safe, effective and effective procedure in terms of surgical effectiveness, safety and complications compared with classical hysteroscopic resection. In the clinical work, different surgical treatment methods should be adopted according to the patient's age, fertility status and individual needs.
