| Objective:By observing the general data of rheumatoid arthritis,Uyghur medicine body fluid type classification rules,syndrome distribution characteristics,Characteristics of medication of various body fluids,etc.,Provide reference basis for the large-scale project to dialectic typing,syndrome characteristics,and diagnostic criteria of Uyghur body fluid type for rheumatoid arthritis.Methods:Through training for filling in retrospective questionnaires for researchers selected by the Uygur Medical Hospital of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region and the Uyghur Medical Hospital of Kashi City,Complete the retrospective questionnaire for the cases to be included in the study(see appendix),Researchers from the Uygur Medical Hospital of the autonomous region applied Epidate-3.0 for data entry and management,and SPSS-21.0 software for statistics.General information,Uyghur medical fluid quality classification,syndrome characteristics,medication characteristics,etc.and conduct relevant analysis,The measurement data are expressed by mean ± standard deviation,the count and grade data are tested by chi-square test,and the relevant analysis is performed by Pearson.Results:In this study,in terms of gender composition ratio,males were 90(22.4%)cases and females were 312(77.6%)cases,which were more common among women;The minimum age is 25 years old and the maximum age is 88 years old;46-60 years old are 157(39.1%)cases.In terms of gender composition,there are more women than men;the overall peak incidence is 46-60 years old.The shortest course was 8 days,the longest period was 23 years,278(69.2%)cases in 1-10 years,60(16.2%)cases in 10-20 years,and the main course was 1-10 years;Among the 402 patients with rheumatoid arthritis,the most common Hilit type was abnormal Belgham 262(66.9%),followed by abnormal Savda 98(24.4%),and the least was abnormal Sapra 42(10.4 %).Among the three Hilit-subtype classification,astringent Belgham were 118(29.36%),flavourless Belgham were 72(17.91%)cases,Concretionary Belgham were 42(10.45%)cases,leek color Sapra were 38(9.5%)cases.The age range of patients in this study was mainly in the range of 31-60 years old,accounting for 71.39%.Among patients less than 30 years old,the flavourless Belgham type and abnormal Savda type were the most,among the 46-75 years old patients,the most astringent Belgham type.Uyghur medicine Hilit type and syndrome characteristics show certain regularity.The number of munziq used in this study was 274,accounting for 68.7%.and the number of musil used in this study is 170 cases,accounting for the ratio is 42.5%.Every Hilit type rheumatoid arthritis patients have certain rules for oral administration.Conclusion: This study found that 402 patients with rheumatoid arthritis have more middle-aged and older people than other age groups,there are more women than men.Abnormal belgham and abnormal savda accounted for the highest proportion,Middle-aged people have the highest proportion of flavourless belgham rheumatoid arthritis.Abnormal savda rheumatoid arthritis,concretionary belgham rheumatoid arthritis,and astringent belgham rheumatoid arthritis have the highest proportion of elderly people.The above age structure is in full compliance with the Uyghur medical theory and the law of changes and mutual transformation of various body fluids at different age stages,It provides an age reference for the dialectical analysis of abnormal body fluid quality in the future.This study found that in addition to the main symptoms of pain,swelling,and limited activity in rheumatoid arthritis of various abnormal humoral types,there are attribute symptoms of this subtype.The symptoms of this subtype provides a reference for the classification criteria of rheumatoid arthritis body fluids syndrome.Munziq and Musil is an indispensable link in the diagnosis and treatment of rheumatoid arthritis. |
