Study On The Correlation Between Abnormal Hilit Typing In Uyghur Medicineand Serum Hormone In Patients With Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

Objective:To establish of diagnostic criteria for abnormal hilit in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome in Uyghur Medicine,to investigate the correlation between serum levels of sex hormones,blood lipid levels and polycystic ovary syndrome in different Uygur medicine syndromes before and after treatment,and by observing the changes of sex hormone,efficacy evaluation of Uighur medicine based on differentiation of polycystic ovary syndrome,Methods:the selection of 4 experts of Traditional Uyghur medicine divided into two groups:In non disease related clinical information(mental state,complexion,eye,tongue,skin changes,skin temperature,sleep,want to drink and taste,color,leucorrhea change,urine,stool,pulse)based in the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region Uygur medicine hospital gynecological diagnosis and clear,140 cases of polycystic ovary syndrome patients in accordance with the screening conditions for the quantitative diagnosis of expert consultation,multi classification Logistic improved by principal component regression analysis method to analyze the nonlinear relationship between different syndromes and syndrome factors in patients with PCOS in Uygur medicine,To establish the contribution degree of each syndrome factor to the syndrome type,and finally to determine the diagnostic criteria by OR value of the abnormal body fluid disease in Uyghur medicine of polycystic ovary syndrome,At the same time,30 healthy women of the same age in Urumqi were set as the control group.The body mass index(BMI),waist to hip ratio(WHR),blood lipids(TG,TC,LDL-C,HDL-C),testosterone(T),luteinizing hormone(LH),follicle estrogen(E2),LH/FSH,progesterone(P),prolactin(PRL)were measured respectively and applied medical statistics for comparison.based on the previousstudies,we measured the levels of sex hormones in 60 patients with abnormal polycystic ovary syndrome before and after treatment.The data were analyzed by SPSS17.0.Results:Results of the study showed that abnormal sapra syndrome type main symptoms of PCOS:dry mouth,skin heat,insomnia,easy to wake up,yellow urine red;secondary symptoms:pale yellow,yellowish conjunctiva,slender tongue,leucorrhea less;polycystic ovary syndrome abnormal blood type main symptoms:conjunctival redness,tongue red,bright red color;secondary symptoms:pink lips,fat tongue short,delicate skin,sleep is less,the quality is not dilute not sticky;polycystic ovary syndrome abnormal balgham type main symptoms:pale complexion,tongue body fat,fresh taste,more sleep,more vaginal discharge;secondary symptoms:white fur tired,lazy words,urine;polycystic ovary syndrome of abnormal savda disease:dark complexion,blue and purple tongue,bitter taste,dark purple color,pulse fine sink;secondary symptoms:rough dry skin,insomnia,dry stool.The BMI,WRH,LDL-C,T,LH,PRL,LH/FSH ratio of 4 group PCOS patients are higher than the control group and HDL-C lower than,and there were significant differences(P<0.05);between the 4 groups of PCOS,FSH,P,E2,lipids there was no significant difference in comparison(P>0.05),Study on the clinical treatment,with 60 cases of patients with abnormal savda screening conditions given for a period of three months(one course)pure traditional Uyghur Medicine treatment.The results showed that patients withT,PRL,LH,LH/FSH and other indicators compared with before treatment was decreased trends(P<0.05),The difference was statistically significant,FSH,E and other indicators compared with before treatment tend to elevated(P<0.05)and there was no significant difference in P value between before and after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion:Based on the clinical information of non disease diagnosis,Study on expert consultation of quantitative diagnosis,was established the diagnosis standard of Uyghur Medicine abnormal helit syndrome typefor polycystic ovary syndrome.the establishment of this standard has laid the foundation for the clinical treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome in traditional Uyghur Medicine.Therefore,Abnormal savda syndrome type leading to PCOS;PCOS patients with different syndrome types have different endocrine characteristics;the increase of serum PRL,T were associated with abnormal savda syndrome;obesity and increases of the LH was most closely related to abnormal balgham;The results showed that the treatment of the patients with polycystic ovary syndrome could be improved by the treatment of traditional Uyghur medicine.
