Method:Choose 462 patients whose conditions are conform to the standards of western treatment.. design the questionary. The patients are disgnosed and classified by qualifred Uygur and Chinese physicians in the department of dermatologuy. TCM type and abnormal Hilit can be classified by Uygur doctor. Traditional Chinese medicine divide them into pattern of yang deficiency and congealing cold,patten of blood stasis,patten of kidney deficiency.Uygur medicine divide them into abnormal Sawda Hilit, abnormal Balham Hilit, abnormal Sapra Hilit and abnormal Khan Hilit. Result: At last collect 462 valuable questionary.This disease is 2.12 times more common in woman.Average age of the sample is (54土4.2),overweight is more than 75%,both knee are infected is more common as well as moderate knee joint pain, cold,distend and prick type painare more often,dynamical factors,such as going-up-and-down-stairs and stepping,are primary inducement. About half of the case has ankylosis in the morning as well as not able to went down perfectly. 20.7% patient totter.Ache points are often inboard by knee,less than 10% case have abnormality,thigh atrophy is prominent,patella push is more common.Kellgren and Lawrence's grade of X-ray is always from 1 to 3.
