| Objective: To investigate into the relationship between the different uighur abnormal hilit syndrome of acute cerebral infarction (ACI) and the indexes: the scores of nervous impairment, brain CT. At the same time, an analysis of correlation was made to establish the objective diagnosis to the different uighur abnormal hilit syndrome. Methods: The patients of ACI were collected as research subjects, who must be able to diagnose one of the ACI. According to the differentiation standards of the uighur abnormal hilit syndrome, 206 patients were classified into three uighur abnormal hilit syndrome. Including 30 abnormal kan, 54 abnormal belhem, 122 abnormal sawda. At the same time, the patients of each uighur abnormal hilit syndrome were marked and scanned by brain CT. we try to study on the relation between syndrome differ classification of differential uighur abnormal hilit diagnosis and cerebra cranial CT images which include the character, location, rang, numbers of the focus. Results: 1) The age and the scores of nervous impairment were respectively and significantly different among uighur abnormal hilit syndrome in ACI patients (P<0.01). 2) The rang of the focus were respectively and significantly different among uighur abnormal hilit syndrome in ACI patients (P<0.01). 3) The numbers of the focus were respectively and significantly different among uighur abnormal hilit syndrome in ACI patients (P=0.01). 4) The location of the focus were respectively and significantly different among uighur abnormal hilit syndrome in ACI patients (P<0.05). Conclusion: the scores of nervous impairment, brains CT were respectively and significantly different among uighur abnormal hilit syndrome in ACI patients. It tells that different type of uighur abnormal hilit syndrome has different pathological basis and CT images feature. The result of CT is helpful to diagnosis and treats acute ischemia apoplexy. |
