Discussion About Applying Regulating Methods To Treat Gypsum-like Belgham Type Rheumatoid Arthritis

Objective: To explore the curative effect of Sepra regulator on gypsum-like Belgham type rheumatoid arthritis,and provide scientific basis for its clinical application.Methods: from February 2018 to December 2019,60 patients with rheumatoid arthritis in the Department of Orthopaedics of Xin Jiang Autonomous regional TUM Hospital were collected and randomly divided into two groups: treatment group(n=30)and control group(n=30).in order to regulate overheating of Sepra,the treatment group was given the Sepra regulator.(MZJ-W-0015-3013),tablets(mzj-w-0064-2013)Sorunjan oil(for external use),and the control group was treated with Sorunjan tablets and Sorunjan oil(for external use).The efficacy was observed for 15 days.To observe two groups of patients clinical symptoms and signs,the TUM syndrome Score,and laboratory index of rheumatoid factor(RF),C-reactive protein(CRP),erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ECR),the doctors and patients overall assessment of disease activity,pain VAS score,DAS28 score,Health questionnaire(HAQ)scores and survival score evaluation,the changes of ACR standard to evaluate the curative effect before and after the treatment.Results: 1.There was no statistical difference between the general information and observation items when the two groups were enrolled,and the two groups were comparable.2.The total effective rate of the experimental group was 96.6%(29 / 30),of which 9 cases(15%)were effective,20 cases(73.3%)were effective and 1 case(3.4%)were ineffective;the total effective rate of the control group was 24 case(80%),of which 0 case(0%),24 cases(80%)were effective and 6 cases(20%)were ineffective.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).In the treatment group,the total improvement rate of the diseases ACR20,ACR50,ACR70 was 90%(27/30),of which 50%(15 cases)reached ACR20,40%(12 cases)reached ACR50,and 6.7 reached ACR70 %(2 cases)did not reach ACR20 was 3.3%(1 case);the control group achieved a total improvement rate of disease ACR20,ACR50,ACR70 of 53.3%(16/30),of which 50%(15 Cases),ACR50 reached 3.3%(1 case),ACR20 did not reach 46.7%(14 cases)4.After treatment,the clinical symptoms and signs of the treatment group and the control group were significantly improved.There is no significant difference in morning stiffness and joint deformity before and after treatment.5.Improvement of DAS28 score There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups of DAS28 values before and after treatment(P>0.05);after treatment by both methods,the DAS28 values of the two groups of patients were reduced;the DAS28 values of the treatment group were lower than the control group.6.The results can explain that regulating the overheat Sepra of the patients with gypsum-like Belgham type RA can improve RF,ESR,CRP to alleviate the condition of RA patients,but the changes are not obvious.Sepra regulator has anti-inflammatory effects on patients with gypsum-like Belgham type RA,slow down the development of the disease,and require long-term observation.7.There was no significant difference in the health assessment scores of the two groups of patients before and after treatment,but the health assessment scores of the two groups of patients decreased after treatment.The HAQ of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group.Conclusion: 1.Sepra regulator can improve the clinical symptoms,signs and quality of life of small joint swelling(rheumatoid arthritis)owning fairly good clinical effect.2.Sepra regulator has no adverse reactions to gypsum-like rheumatoid arthritis which can be used safely in the clinical therapy.
