Changes Of Immunity Index In Patients With Advanced Astringent Belgham Type Vitiligo Treated By Uyghur Medical Comprehensive Treatment

Objective: To explore the effect and total effective rate of Uyghur medical comprehensive treatment on serum anti-melanocyte antibody IgG,IgM levels and curative effect in patients with advanced astringent Belgham type vitiligo.Methods:Collect 30 patients with advanced astringent Belgham type vitiligo admitted in Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region and 30 healthy volunteers confirmed by physical examination.Through Uyghur comprehensive treatment,observe the gender of patients with advanced astringent Belgham type vitiligo,Age,ethnicity,occupation,marriage and genetic history,eating habits,comorbidities and other general conditions,using ELISA to detect serum anti-melanocyte antibody IgG and IgM levels in healthy volunteers and patients with advanced Belgham type vitiligo.before and after treatment Variety.Results:(1)30 patients with astringent Belgham type vitiligo in the advanced stage,the general distribution is: 22 female patients(73.3%),8 male patients(26.7%);13 patients(43.4%)31-50 years old,7patients(23.3%)at 5-18 years old,6 patients(20%)at 19-30 years old,4 patients(13.3%)at 51-60 years old;15 patients(50%)at ethnic group of Uyghur,13 patients at other ethnic groups(26.7%),7 Han patients(23.3%);19 married patients(63.3%),11 other patients(36.7%);28 patients with non-family history(90.3%),2 patients with family history(6.67%);26 patients(86.7%)without physical labor,4 patients(13.3%)with manual labor;17 patients(39.5%)with spicy diet,14 patients(32.6%)with light diet,and patients with salty diet 8 patients(18.6%),3 patients with sour diet(7%),1 patient with sweet diet(2.3%);There were 15 patients(50%)with comorbidities,including 6 patients(20%)with orthopedics and other diseases,5 patients(16.67%)with thyroid diseases,liver diseases,and gynecological diseases,and all patients with skin diseases and anemia 4patients(13.33%),3 patients with hypertension and hyperlipidemia(10%),2 patients with brain disease,kidney disease,gallbladder disease(6.67%),1 patient with diabetes disease(3.33%).(2)Serum test results of healthy volunteers and advanced astringent Belgham type vitiligo patients: Compared with healthy people,serum antimelanocyte antibody IgG and IgM levels increased slightly before and after treatment However,the difference was not statistically significant(P> 0.05).Compared with pre-treatment patients with vitiligo,serum anti-melanocyte antibody IgG and IgM levels increased slightly after treatment,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).(3)The total effective rate of the case group after comprehensive treatment by Uyghur traditional medicine is 86.7%.Among them:(1)The curative effect of Uyghur medical symptoms: 10% recovery rate,90% significant efficiency,0.0% effective rate,0.0% ineffective(2)The total curative effect of leukoplakia area: recovery rate 6.7%,apparent efficiency 30%,effective efficiency 50%,ineffective 13.3%.Conclusion:(1)Advanced astringent Belgham type vitiligo is more common in women,31-50 years old,Uyghur,no family history,non-manual labor,spicy and mild diet,with comorbidities(orthopedics,thyroid,liver,skin Disease and anemia etc).(2)Anti-melanocyte antibodies IgG and IgM play an important role in advanced astringent Belgham type vitiligo,and its level is positively related to the severity of the patient’s condition.(3)The comprehensive treatment of traditional Uyghur medicine is effective for the case group,and lessening of skin lesion area after treatment may have been related to the change of IgG and IgM content;(4)The comprehensive treatment of traditional Uyghur medicine has a certain effect in advanced astringent Belgham type vitiligo,which needs further discussion.
