Objective: By comparing the differences between the results of 160 newborn urine samples using the smart diaper test and laboratory routine urine test results, the consistency of the results of the smart diaper test and laboratory routine urine test results was analyzed, and the smart diaper test in early neonatal acute renal impairment Predictive value. Methods: Selected 160 neonates hospitalized due to premature infants, perinatal asphyxia, neonatal respiratory distress syndrome, neonatal sepsis, and other reasons in the neonatal department of our hospital. All the test subjects were admitted within 24-36 hours after admission.Save 5ml of urine. The collected urine specimens are sent to the laboratory within half an hour.Half of the urine specimens are immediately subjected to laboratory urine tests to obtain data.At the same time, the other half of the urine specimens are poured into the diaper detection area and the data is obtained using intelligent scanning software. The urine test results obtained by comparing the two methods. At the same time,3ml blood was collected from the femoral vein of the newborns, and blood creatinine and blood urea nitrogen were sent in time.According to the diagnostic criteria, divided into acute renal impairment group and control group.Analysis of the predictive value of smart diapers to detect urine routine in early Results:1.Two methods were used to detect 160 cases of urine standard, and the consistency of each index was: nitrite 97.5%,urobilinogen 96.88%,urinary protein95.63%,pH 96.88%,occult blood 95.63%,specific gravity 98.75%,The ketone body was97.50%,bilirubin 98.13%,glucose 95%,and the total coincidence rate was 96.88%.2.Efficacy evaluation of nine items of urinary routine for acute renal injury, the sensitivity of which is 59.70% of urinary protein,55.22% of occult blood,43.28% of nitrite,52.24%of urobilinogen,50.75% of pH,49.25% of specific gravity,Ketone bodies were 53.73%,bilirubin 47.76%,and glucose 49.25%.The sensitivity of its urine protein and occult blood positive for predicting AKI was 59.70% and 55.22%,respectively,which is higher than the other seven items, and the combined detection sensitivity of the two reached 76.12%,which is significantly higher than any one single test, which has statistical significance. Conclusion: 1)Smart diapers and laboratory urine tests are performed at the same time, and the indicators are highly consistent, which can provide convenient, fast and accurate newborn urine tests;2)Among the nine items of urine routine, both urinary albumin and occult blood have a higher predictive value for the diagnosis of AKI than the other seven items. The combined detection of two items can greatly improve the sensitivity of the test. The degree of discovery and the development of the disease are of great significance in order to achieve the goals of early intervention, early treatment, and reduction of mortality.
