Object:To analyze the clinical diagnostic value of Netrin-1 and Kim-1 in the diagnosis of acute renal injury caused by neonatal asphyxia. Methods:Selected full-term asphyxia newborn is divided into two groups: 34 cases of mild asphyxia group and 46 cases of severe asphyxia group as observation group, and 40 cases of normal term newborn were selected as control group.Three groups of newborns were collected after birth12 h, 13-48 h urine samples, the Netrin-1 and Kim-1 levels were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA), and the serum creatinine(Scr) level was detected by peripheral venous blood. Results:The levels of urine Netrin-1 and Kim-1 in the patients with asphyxia group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the level of Scr in 13-48 h was higher than that in control group(P<0.05);(2)Urine Netrin-1, Kim-1, Scr levels within 48 h after the birth of children with AKI group were higher than non-AKI group(P <0.05);(3)The AUC values of urine Netrin-1 and Kim-1 within 12 h to predict AKI after asphyxia were 0.878(95% CI 0.775 ~ 0.981, P <0.01) and 0.899(95% CI 0.829 ~ 0.969, P <0.01);(4)The urine Netrin-1, urine Kim-1 and Scr were significantly positively correlated(P<0.05) in 12 h after neonatal asphyxia. Conclusion:Urine Netrin-1 and Kim-1 levels increase obviously When asphyxia newborn acute kidney injury, which can be used as an early diagnostic indicator of Acute renal injury after asphyxia.
