Objective:To investigate the diagnostic value of the content of the albumin (Alb),al-microglobulin(al-MG),transferrin(TRF),immunoglobulin(IgG) in the urine of full term infant to the kidney injury after asphyxia of neonatal.Method:To collect the fresh urine of full-term newborns in56cases of Suffocation ones (including37cases of mild asphyxia,19cases of severe asphyxia) and in42cases normal ones, so we can detect the content of urine trace protein with Turbidimetric immunoassay, and the level of blood urea nitrogen and creatinine in two groups mentioned above meantime.Results:1. Urine levels of alphal-MG:compare the control group (0.902±0.180mg/dl) with the asphyxia group (2.316±2.043mg/dl); the mild group ((2.273±2.569mg/dl)) with the severe asphyxia group (2.359±1.375mgThe contrast/dl),we have the conclusion that they hava statistically significant (P<0.05), and the content of urine levls of al-MG:severe asphyxia group> the mild group> control group.2. The urine levels of Alb:control group (0.789±0.226mg/dl) and asphyxia group (1.941±1.891mg/dl); mild group (1.786±2.644mg/dl) compared with the severe asphyxia group (2.091±0.089mg/dl) were statistically different (P<0.05), and urinary levels of Alb severe asphyxia group> mild group and control group.3. Urinary levels of TRF:control group (0.193±0.095mg/dl) asphyxia group (0.365±0.031mg/dl) contrast; mild group ((0.2830±0.097mg/dl)) and severe asphyxia group (0.348±0.085mg/dl) were statistically different (P<0.05), and urinary levels of TRF severe asphyxia group> the mild group> control group.4. About the urine levlels of IgG:control group (1.021±0.208mg/dl) and the asphyxia group (1.281±0.722mg/dl) compared; the the mild group (0.767±0.693mg/dl) and the severe asphyxia group (1.795±0.183mg/dl) were statistically different (P<0.05), and the urinary levels of IgG severe asphyxia group> mild group and control group.5. suffocation serum urea nitrogen4.2287±0.78253mm01/1, creatinine90.8754±14.454286umol/1and the control group blood urea nitrogen3.8367±0.61063mmol/1, serum creatinine92.5667±16.3348lumol in/L was no significant difference.Conclusion:1. The content of Urine micro protein is increased in asphyxia neonates, and the content related to the degree of asphyxia.2. The content of urine trace protein:al-MG, Alb, TRF, IgG in neonatal asphyxia can be used as the indicators of kidney injury after asphyxia of neonatal.micro protein in the urine alphal-MG, ALB, TRF, IgG content, can be used as indicators of early detection of kidney injury in neonatal asphyxia.
