Objective: By detecting the number of T lymphocyte subsets in peripheral blood, the changes of T lymphocyte subsets in patients with blood stasis plaque psoriasis before and after walking cupping therapy were observed, the possible mechanism of therapy in the treatment of plaque psoriasis with blood stasis syndrome was clarified, and certain theoretical basis was provided for the treatment of plaque psoriasis with this therapy. Methods: Choosen between January 2019 and March 2020,the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region Hospital dermatology clinics and wards in the hospital of the plaque of patients with psoriasis(blood stasis)as the research object, inunction in skin lesions in patients even paste for lubrication substrate walking cupping therapy,day1,4 weeks after treatment records and compare can patch shape of blood stasis syndrome before and after the treatment the PASI score and peripheral blood of patients with psoriasis Th1,Th2,Th17,Th22 and Treg cells and data analysis. Results: PASI scores at 0 and 4 weeks after therapy were 12.66±2.30 and 8.03±2.07,respectively,and the total effective rate was 86.96%.The peripheral blood of patients with Th1,Th2,Th17,Th22 and Treg cells significantly decreased after treatment before and after therapy(P<0.05).Conclusion: Walking cupping therapy to treat blood stasis plaque psoriasis curative effect is distinct, speculated that the mechanism may be through the inhibition of Th1,Th17,Th22 induction and differentiation, the balance of Th1 / Th2,of Th17 / Treg again, thereby reducing the activate the release of inflammatory factors, immune response, the detected local inflammation reaction to improve skin hyperkeratosis and infiltrating degree, achieve the goal of treatment.
