Different Traditional Chinese Medicine External Treatment Techniques In The Treatment Of Resting Stage Psoriasis Research

Objective:To study the efficacy and safety of the quiescent psoriasis medicine bath, cupping therapy and herbal medicine bath plus cupping therapy. Methods:Chinese Medicine Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University Affiliated Dermatology outpatient and inpatient wards psoriasis patients who met the inclusion criteria of232cases of blood stasis quiescent psoriasis divided evenly distributed into four parallel groups by using computer randomly. Basic treatment are oral medicine, Shuanghuangjiedu Creams; the treatment group was a group of Chinese medicine bath, and ultimately included58people; two groups of cupping therapy treatment group,59were finally included;treatment3Chinese medicine bath group cupping group finally included57people; the treatment group4narrow spectrum ultraviolet irradiation group, finally included58people. The treatment is four weeks. Skin lesions of patients before and after treatment were estimated by PASI score (psoriasis area and severity score) statistics. Results:The four groups of patients after treatment through different methods, there were significantly different before and after the treatment (P＜0.05), but no significant group differences (P>0.05). Conclusion:Herbal medicine bath and cupping therapy are a safe and effective method of treatment that can be used as Chinese medicine treatment of plaque psoriasis vulgaris,and wroth spreading for the primary hospital and clinic use.
