A Clinical Study Of The Combination Of Traditional Chinese Medicine And Moving Cupping Therapy On Treatment Of Psoriasis Vulgaris With Blood Stasis Type

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of the combination of traditional Chinese medicine and moving cupping therapy in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris with blood stasis type.Method:A random control study design was used in this study.72 cases of patients with psoriasis vulgaris who meted the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group of 36 cases and control group of 36 cases. Both two groups were treated with Taohongsiwu decoction and Vaseline as the basic treatment, and in addition, the treatment group is given the treatment of moving cupping therapy. The course of both two groups is 4 weeks, and the total course is 8 weeks. Observe the change of every single symptom (erythema infiltration desquamation and area) score、 PASI、pruritus score and TCM sign score before and after the treatment. The clinical efficacy was evaluated according to the decline rate of PASI.Result:There were 62 patients complicated the research,32 cases of treatment group and 30 cases of control group. After two courses treatment,5 cases of treatment group were cured,15 cases showed markedly effective,8 cases were effective and 4 cases showed no effects. The total efficiency is 87.5%.2 cases of control group were cured, 9 cases showed markedly effective,12 cases were effective and 7 cases showed no effects. The total efficiency is 76.67%. Comparison of the efficacy of the two groups, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The single symptom score、PASI and TCM sign scores of the treatment group were better than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). And there was no significant difference between the two groups of the pruritus score (P>0.05).Conclusion:There is good clinical efficacy and safety to treat the patients of psoriasis vulgaris with the combination of traditional Chinese medicine and moving cupping therapy, and the curative effect is much more better than the treatment only use traditional Chinese medicine, so it is worth for clinical use.
