| Psoriasis is a kind of abnormal activation of T lymphocytes and infiltration as the main characteristics of chronic skin disease, its main infiltration, hyperplasia of vascular anomalies. The etiology and pathogenesis of this disease has not yet been completely clarified, so no one can effect a radical cure psoriasis treatment. Method in the treatment of psoriasis with oral drug treatment, ultraviolet radiation topical medications and the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine therapy. Ultraviolet irradiation is an important means for the treatment of psoriasis, the wavelength of 311nm NB-UVB is a kind good curative effect, less adverse reaction treatment, it has been recognized by many clinicians and patients and widely used in clinic. Cupping is a characteristic of traditional Chinese medicine therapy, it has functions of promoting flow of qi and blood circulation, removing pathogenic wind and dampness and decreasing swelling to relieving pain, it has good curative effect on psoriasis. This study by using the cupping therapy, narrow-spectrum medium wave ultraviolet, xiaoyin granules, qing peng ointment quadruple therapy for stability, with psoriasis vulgaris by observing the clinical curative effect of combination therapy, to explore a new treatment options and to explore the role of cupping therapy in the treatment with psoriasis vulgaris and application prospects, to develop characteristic of traditional Chinese medicine therapy for clinical treatment of skin disease and provide clinical basis.Objective:Observe the clinical efficacy of the cupping therapy joint narrow-spectrum medium wave ultraviolet, the qi peng ointment and xiaoyin granules for psoriasis.Methods:70 patients were divided into the treatment group and the control group with 16 cases in each group. Treatment group treatment with cupping joint narrow-spectrum ultraviolet (NB-UVB), and use the qi peng ointment; the control group treatment with cupping, then use the qi peng ointment and xiaoyin granules. Patients were treated for eight weeks, after 2 and 4 weeks of treatment, PASI score after 8 weeks of treatment. Efficacy was assessed by means of Psoriasis Area and Severity Index (PASI).Result:1. The treatment group at 2,4 and 8 weeks PASI efficient is higher than the control group (P<0.05).2.There was not statistical significance (P>0.05) difference comparison between treatment group compared and the control group at 2 weeks effective rate, treatment group at 4 and 8 weeks is higher effective rate than the control group (P< 0.05).3. There was not statistical significance (P>0.05) difference comparison between treatment group compared and the control group at 2 weeks cure rate, treatment group at 4 and 8 weeks is higher cure rate than the control group (P< 0.05).4.Patients were followed up for 3 months of recovery, the satisfaction rate of treatment group was obviously higher than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:1.The cupping therapy joint narrow-spectrum medium wave ultraviolet, the qi peng ointment and xiaoyin granules treat psoriasis vulgaris with efficacy significantly.2.The cupping therapy joint narrow-spectrum medium wave ultraviolet treat psoriasis vulgaris with minor adverse reactions, and can reduce the recovery in patients with recurrence.3.The cupping therapy and narrow-spectrum medium wave ultraviolet is suitable for the optimization of outpatient treatment, safe, efficient, convenient, inexpensive and worthy of clinical popularization and application. |
