Objective:Application of traditional Chinese medicine theory, Observing the clinical outcomes of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis decoction with quick cupping therapy for the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris of blood-stasis, discussing the mechanism of action of it, and evaluating the security.Methods:Dividing108eligible patients who suffered from psoriasis vulgaris into the therapy group, the control group A, and the control group B, each group contains36patients, the number of the actual completion patients in treatment group is36, in control group A is35, and in control group B is33for exfoliating4cases in the process of research observation. The therapy group is treated with promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis decoction of traditional Chinese medicine for oral use and using quick cupping therapy, the control group A is treated with promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis decoction orally, the control group B is treated with Xuefuzhuyu tablets orally. Observing the variety of the PASI scores and the improved condition of the subjective symptoms of the3groups of patients in8weeks, recording the PASI scores of3groups before the treatment and at the end of the4th, the6th and the8th weeks, meanwhile recording the score of the condition of the symptoms before the treatment and at the end of8th weeks. All the datas will be used to evaluate the mechanism of action of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis decoction with quick cupping therapy for the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris of blood-stasi.Results:The PASI score of therapy group decreases obviously at the end of the6th weeks of treatment, and a significant difference appears at the same time(p﹤0.05). Comparing to the control group, there is a significant difference between the therapy group and the control groups at the end of8weeks of treatment (p﹤0.05). Also, the scores of the subjective symptoms of3groups decrease after8weeks of treatment, and a significant difference of the average value between the therapy group and the control groups exists at the end of8weeks of treatment (p<0.05).Conclusions:1.Promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis decoction with the quick cupping therapy can reduce the PASI score of patients suffered from blood stasis of psoriasis vulgaris effectively, improve the clinical symptoms and improve the subjective symptoms such as pruritus. It is improved to have a more notable curative effect than the other two treatments, also, higher security.2. Promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis decoction with the quick cupping therapy is effective to blood stasis of psoriasis vulgaris.
