| Objective: This study aims to observe the clinical efficacy of CDE in the treatment for EC and verify the clinical guiding effect of the therapy based on the microenvironment theory of fur and its prescription of “catharsis” and “runze” on the treatment of EC.Methods: In this study,a total of 54 typical cases of children with acute CE were collected and take simple randomly divided into control group and treatment group(27 cases),two groups were given oral Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation,on the basis of treatment group target give CDE cream for use in skin lesions,whereas the control group target to give 0.03%TO for external in skin lesions,a course of 2 weeks.By filling in the questionnaire before and after treatment,the general condition,the shape of target skin lesion and the general itching condition of the two groups of children were collected.Results:(1)improvement efficacy of target skin lesions:9 cases were cured in the treatment group,17 cases had obvious effects,and 1case had no effect,with effective rate of 96.30%.in the control group,9 cases were crued,2 cases were effective,14 cases were marked effective,2cases were ineffective,the effective rate was 92.59%.(2)itch improve:treatment group cured 3cases,effective 17 cases,effective 3 cases,ineffective 4 cases,the effective rate of 85.19%;the control group cured 7 cases,effective 11 cases,marked effective 8 cases,ineffective 8 cases,the effective rate of 85.19%.Conclusion:(1)CDE and 0.03% TO have obvious clinical efficacy in the external treatment of CE;(2)the advantages of CDE in improving the degree of target skin damage in children were slightly more significant than that of 0.03% TO;(3)CDE is safe in treating CE. |
