Observation Of The Efficacy And Safety Of "Modified" Injury Black Ointment In The Treatment Of Early Knee Osteoarthritis

Objective:To observe the efficacy and safety of "modified" injury black ointment in the treatment of early knee osteoarthritis.Methods:From March 2018 to January 2019,80 Patients with knee osteoarthritis were selected from orthopedic outpatient department,affiliated traditional Chinese Medicine HosPital of Xinjiang Medical University,who were diagnosed as knee osteoarthritis.They were randomly divided into treatment group 1 and treatment group 2.The Patients in both groups were treated with non-drug regimen,such as Propaganda,weight loss,reduction of the weight of affected limbs,etc.On this basis,group 1 was treated with black ointment and group 2 was treated with "modified" black ointment.The course of treatment for both groups was one month.After the treatment,The guidelines for clinical study on the treatment of osteoarthritis with new Chinese medicine were used respectively,including the evaluation criteria for the efficacy of knee osteoarthritis,the HSS knee scoring system and the(AIMS)scoring system for the quality of life and arthritis impPact index(AIMS).Results:There were 7 cases of shedding in treatment group 1 and 2 cases in treatment group 2.A total of 71 Patients completed the test.The clinical symptom score and VAS score of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in AIMS score between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).The HSS score of the two groups was significantly higher than that before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:both the black ointment and modified black ointment can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of early knee osteoarthritis Patients,but the quality of life of the Patients is not improved obviously.The modified Trauma Black ointment is worth Popularizing because it has fewer allergic Patients and higher safety.
