Objective:1)to study the relevant influencing factors of metabolic syndrome in women aged between 40 and 60 in some areas of xinjiang.2)to explore the correlation between the change characteristics of female hormone levels and the components of metabolic syndrome. Methods: 1)as the cross-sectional study, this study adopts the method of random sampling parts of xinjiang, the age of 40 ~ 60 years old wommen,a total of 1255 subjects, using questionnaire survey to understand general data characteristics, combined with laboratory tests to understand the incidence of metabolic syndrome, using Logistic regression analysis the influence factors of 40 ~ 60 women with metabolic syndrome.2)changes in female hormone levels of FSH and E2 were detected by laboratory tests.Spearman rank correlation and partial correlation were used to analyze the correlation between serum FSH,E2 and components in metabolic syndrome.Results:1)among the 1255 women aged 40 to 60 in this survey,275(21.9%)were diagnosed with metabolic syndrome.Menstrual regularity group(14.3%);Menstrual disorders group(22.2%);Postmenopausal group(27.7%);The difference of MS detection rate between different menstrual states was statistically significant(P<0.05).2)factors influencing the occurrence of metabolic syndrome in women include long reproductive period, frequent pregnancies and normal menstrual cycle, while obesity, alcohol consumption, low educational level, changes in menstrual state and previous health status can increase the risk of MS.3)laboratory studies showed that in the non-metabolic syndrome population, the levels of menstrual regularity, menstrual disorders, and postmenopausal FSH were 4.71(IU/L),11.02(IU/L),and 48.96(IU/L),respectively.In the metabolic syndrome population,FSH levels were 5.92(IU/L),16.59(IU/L),and62.76(IU/L).In the non-metabolic syndrome population, the E2 level was 381.23(pmol/L),218.54(pmol/L),and 92.00(pmol/L).In the metabolic syndrome population, the E2 level was 272.00(pmol/L),188.00(pmol/L),and 64.00(pmol/L).Conclusion:the detection rate of MS is 21.9% and increases with age, especially in women aged46-55 years. The risk of MS is lower in those with long reproductive period, frequent pregnancies and normal menstrual cycle, while the risk of MS is increased by obesity, alcohol consumption, low educational level, changes in menstrual status and previous health status. The E2 level of MS population showed a gradually decreasing trend with the changes of menstrual regularity, menstrual disorder and postmenopause.Through rank correlation and partial correlation analysis,it was found that serum lipid and blood glucose levels were positively correlated with serum FSH level and negatively correlated with E2 level.
