ObjectiveOsteoporosis is a world health problem in many medical personnel concerned. Menopausal women with hormone changes, the possibility of osteoporosis is a sharp increase. In this study by epidemiological survey, we can explore the influence factors of osteopenia in menopausal women in Baoan District. We also preliminary discuss the menopausal women with osteopenia of TCM syndrome type distribution characteristics. The final purpose is to provide a new way to prevent osteopenia and also for the Chinese medicine early intervention in perimenopausal women’s bone mass reduction and postmenopausal osteoporosis with clinical data and new ideas.MethodsThis study used case-control study method, the research object from the Shenzhen Baoan District Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine orthopedic outpatient and inpatient department, medical center and bone density examination room and Shajing people’s Hospital of each community health doctor or clinic of 40-60 years old women were selected. According to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria, the selected object by using a unified questionnaire and dual energy X-ray absorptiometry epidemiological data collection and bone density determination, and according to the test results, they were divided into case group and normal group. Finally, collect relevant data, statistical analysis by SPSS19.0 software.Results1. Case group and normal group by single factor card square test or the Wilcoxon rank sum test analysis and prompt in cultural level, menopausal staging, menarche age, bean products, dairy products, outdoor sunshine duration, exercise frequency per week, calcium, estrogen, sugar cortical hormone, family history of humpback, the number of female fertility have statistical significance (P< 0.05), and between the two groups have significant difference.2. Through multivariate binary logistic regression analysis suggested that the case group and the normal group, the independent variables in the cultural degree, bean products, estrogen, outdoor sunshine time, perimenopausal stage, family history of humpback, the number of births has statistical significance (P< 0.05). The cultural degree of regression line number-0.922 ors 0.398; bean products regression coefficient-1.052 ors 0.349; estrogen regression coefficient-2.562 ors 0.077; outdoor sunshine time regression coefficient-0.767 ors 0.464; perimenopausal stage regression coefficient 0.795, or value 2.215; family history of humpback regression coefficient 1.187. The or value 3.276; number of births regression coefficient 150 ors 4.481.3. Patients in TCM syndrome type distribution is as follows:the liver kidney yin deficiency type (32%), deficiency of Kidney Yang type (23%), kidney yin deficiency type (16%), blood stasis type (9%), spleen qi deficiency type (8%); case group and normal group TCM Syndrome types in the overall distribution of comparative study, statistical significance (P< 0.05), and between the two groups have significant difference. Pairwise comparison, yin deficiency of liver and kidney and blood stasis, spleen deficiency type of comparison, between the two groups has statistical significance (P< 0.05); comparison of kidney yang deficiency and blood stasis, spleen deficiency type, between the two groups has statistical significance (P< 0.05).Conclusion1. The degree of culture, peri menopausal staging, age of menarche, bean products, dairy products, outdoor sunshine duration, exercise frequency per week, calcium, estrogen, sugar cortical hormone, family history of humpback, number of births associated with the occurrence of perimenopausal women.2. Cultural degree, bean products, estrogen, outdoor sunshine time is around the protective factors of menopausal women with osteopenia; perimenopausal stage, family history of humpback, production time is risk factors.3. Peri menopausal osteopenia with deficiency of liver yin and kidney yin, deficiency of kidney yang, kidney yin deficiency, blood stasis, spleen deficiency five syndromes mainly, mainly for the liver kidney yin deficiency and kidney yang deficiency.
