Investigation And Study On Perimenopausal Symptoms Of Women In The Gynecology Of First Affiliated Hospital Of Xinjiang Medical University

Objective:In order to study the epidemiological characteristics of perimenopausal syndrome among gynecological patients in the first af filiated hospital of xinjiang medical university and the relationship between perimenopausal syndrome and educational level,ethnic group,income,sexual life and other related factors.Mehhods:In the department of gynaecology of the first affiliated hospital of xinjiangmedical.university,women between 40and 60 years old who met the inclusion and exclusion standard investigated by questionnaires to collect the general status,reproductive history,menstrual history,perimenopausal symptom and other informat ion of the subjects.Then the data were analyzed by SPSS19.0 software.Result:A total of 550questionnaires were distributed and 504 were collected,of which 150 were after menopausal,with an average menopausal age of(48.44±4.22)and 228with perimenopausal syndrome(PMS).The incidence of PMS was different for different education levels and different sexual life states,the difference after X~2 test was statistically significant(P<0.05),the incidence of PMS at different economic income levels was different,and the difference after X~2 square test was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The incidence of PMS among different ethnic groups have no significant difference,but there was difference in the distribution of some symptoms.Conclusion:The perimenopausal women admitted to the first affiliated hospital of xinjiang medical university are younger in age,and the incidence of perimenopausal syndrome is related to education level,sexual status,economic income level and ethnic relationship is not clear.The symptoPMS of perimenopausal period include hot flashes,sweating,insomnia,irritability,depression and paranoia,sexual status,dizziness,headache,urinary symptomps related to ethnic group,paresthesia,muscle and joint pain,weakness,ski n paresthesia,palpitation symptomps and ethnic group are not significant.
