Observation Of The Clinical Effect Of ShuTaiShu After Washing Of Jaw Cyst

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Shutaishu for flushing jaw cysts after window opening to control infections in the cyst cavity,and to evaluate the flushing effect.Methods: From march 2018 to October 2019,36 patients with jaw cysts who were diagnosed in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region People's Hospital were selected,including 20 males and 16 females.In case of intraoperative risk,sign an informed consent form,and perform jaw cyst fenestration surgery under general anesthesia.The patients were randomly divided into two groups.The observation group(group A)used a1: 4 volume ratio of Shutaishu and 0.9% saline to flush the cysts.The control group(group B)used 0.9% saline to flush the cysts.In order to accurately determine the infection of the cyst cavity,5ml of elbow median venous blood or hand venous blood was drawn at the first week,2 weeks and 3 weeks after washing,And through the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)quantitative detection of IL-6.and IL-8concentration.Results: The operation of all patients went smoothly.The levels of IL-6and IL-8 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group in the first week after washing,which was statistically different(P < 0.001).There was no statistically significant difference between the observation group and the control group in the weekly comparison(P>0.05).From the time point of view,the IL-6 and IL-8 in each group showed a decreasing trend.According to statistical analysis,there is a time effect and a grouping effect on the influence of IL-6 and IL-8 concentration after washing,and there is a statistical difference(P<0.001),and the interaction between different groups at different time points is statistically different(P<0.001).Conclusion: In the early period after window opening of jaw cyst,the use of volume ratio of 1: 4 and Shutaishu and 0.9%saline can better control the infection of the cyst cavity,the effect is better than 0.9%saline group,but with the With the prolongation of time,the concentrations of IL-6 and IL-8 eventually tended to be similar.It can be seen from the comparison that during the irrigation of the cyst cavity,the two irrigation fluids can better control the infection of the cyst cavity,which can provide help to the clinician.
