Objective:To investigate the prognostic factors of gallbladder cancer after?GBC?radical operation. Methods:The retrospective case-control study was conducted:From January 2014 to December 2018,the clinical data of 70 cases of radical cholecystectomy in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University were collected.,Kaplan Meier method was used to draw the survival curve to calculate the survival rate.Log rank test was used for single factor survival analysis.Adopt Cox regression model for multivariate analysis.Result:,the patient average survival time was21.5 months?3.0-50 months?,and the 1-and 3-year survival rates were 68.5%and30.8%.?Analysis of the factors influencing the post operative prognosis: Single factor analysis results tumor differentiation, bleeding volume,T-stage,N-stage and gallstone were the factors influencing the prognosis of primary gallbladder cancer after radical operation??210.054,11.681,37.012,17.423,7.098,7.384,P < 0.05?.The results of multivariate analysis show that:T stage?OR=5.8,95% CI: 1.6-20.2?,N stage?OR=2.1,95% CI: 1.0-4.1?and tumor differentiation degree?OR=2.6,95% CI: 1.2-6.1?were independent risk factors for patients' prognosis?P<0.05?.Conclusions :N stage,T stage and differentiation degree of gallbladder cancer were independent risk factors for prognosis of gallbladder cancer.
