| Purpose: compare the difference of operation safety, short-term and long-term operation complication as well as clinical effect between laparoscopic colon cancer radical operation and laparotomy colon cancer radical operation to further lay the foundation for the clinical applicability of laparoscopic coloncancer radial operationMethod: collect192colon cancer cases from Jan2011to Jun2012per standard and separate them into two groups which is experiment group with laparoscopic colon cancer radical operation and reference group with laparotomycolon cancer radical operation. Collect and compare the below data: time needed for the operation, bleeding volume, retrieved lymph nodes, rest days in hospital after operation, recovery time for gastric function, difference of complication and tumor recurrence.Result: during the operation, experiment group has obvious lower bleeding volume (p<0.001), however there is no statistic meaning for difference onretrieved lymph nodes, operation time (p>0.05). After the operation in the short term clinical effect, experiment group had shorter recovery days for gastricfunction (p=0.02) and rest days in hospital (p<0.001) as well as lower pneumo nia rate (p=0.03), while there is no statistic meaning for difference on bleeding volume, anastomotic fistula and incision infection. In the long term clinicaleffect, experiment group has lower ileus rate (p=0.01), but there is no statisticmeaning for difference on tumor regional recurrence, long-term transfer and incision planter (p>0.05).Conclusion: compared with laparotomy colon cancer radical operation laparosco-pic colon cancer radical operation is carried out with below advantages: reduce bleeding volume more effectively, shorten gastric function recovery days and time in hospital, decrease pulmonary inflection, ileus complication and so on. Besides the clinical effect is similar on tumor treatment and recovery which can be widely applied in the clinical field. |
