| In 2016,China' s first Chinese medicine law emphasized“supporting the collation,research and utilization of folk Chinese medicine technology and methods.The Country encourages organizations and individuals to donate TCM documents,secret prescriptions,proved recipe,diagnostic and therapeutic methods and techniques of scientific research and clinical application value." Traditional Chinese Medicine Donated Prescriptions in the 1950s have the characteristics of folk Chinese medicine technology and methods.Developing this research will not only help to sort out and excavate the experience of using famous and veteran TCM,but also be a measure to implement TCM law.The author collects traditional Chinese medicine donated prescriptions from monographs and periodicals of traditional Chinese medicine by visiting the school library,using the retrieval system of the school library and the Duxiu retrieval system.Objective:We should reorganize the medical background,fill in the vacancy of Guangdong plate about Donated Prescriptions Movement in the present medical history,and improve the medical history of Lingnan.At the same time,the medical treasure house is excavated to provide reference for clinical application.In the Donated Prescriptions Movement,many old Chinese doctors made the secret prescriptions public for the first time,which also helped to trace the origin of the experience inheritance of famous old Chinese doctors.Methods:By using the methods of literature census,database retrieval,historical literature research and statistical analysis,this paper makes a comprehensive study of nine Guangdong provincal donated prescription monographs and donated prescription of eight kind of traditional Chinese medicine journals prescriptions of infectious diseases,348 prescriptions of digestive system diseases,200 prescriptions of urinary system diseases,143 prescriptions of respiratory system diseases,72 prescriptions of limb and meridian diseases,68 prescriptions of other internal medicine diseases,64 prescriptions of nervous system diseases,38 prescriptions of endocrine and metabolic diseases,24 prescriptions of blood system diseases,22 prescriptions of circulatory system diseases and 17 prescriptions of urinary male diseases.Surgical Department is divided into 7 categories,including 34 diseases.The total number of donated prescription is 453,including 212 prescriptions of surgical infections,151 prescriptions of other surgical diseases,31 prescriptions of external abdominal hernia,27 prescriptions of anorectal diseases,21 prescriptions of tumors,9 prescriptions of urinary male diseases and 2 prescriptions of bone and joint tuberculosis.Obstetrics and gynecology is divided into 7 categories,including 29 diseases.The total number of donated prescription is 317,96 for menstrual diseases,77 for postpartum diseases,76 for gynecological miscellaneous diseases,31 for gestational diseases,18 for leucorrhea diseases,10 for external genitalia diseases and 9 for breast feeding.Pediatrics is divided into 16 categories,including 39 diseases.The total number of donated prescription is 292,including 88 prescriptions for digestive system diseases,62 prescriptions for infectious diseases,44 prescriptions for nervous system diseases,26 prescriptions for dermatosis,24 prescriptions for fever,12 prescriptions for pharynx,larynx and mouth diseases,9 prescriptions for neonates,6 prescriptions for respiratory diseases,4 prescriptions for endocrine and metabolic diseases,4 prescriptions for urinary system diseases,3 prescriptions for other pediatric diseases,3 prescriptions for abdominal external hernia,2 prescriptions for ear diseases,2 prescriptions for eye disease,1 prescriptions for rhinopathy.Orthopedics and traumatology is divided into 6 categories,including 8 diseases.The total number of donated prescription is 189,including 96 prescriptions for falls and injuries,38 prescriptions for fractures,23 prescriptions for bullet injuries,20 prescriptions for trauma,10 prescriptions for knife injuries and 2 prescriptions for internal injuries.Dermatology is divided into eight major categories,including 21 diseases.The total number of donated prescriptions for dermatology is 134,including 40 for bacterial skin diseases,36 for fungal skin diseases,31 for dermatitis,8 for other skin diseases,7 for urticaria skin diseases,5 for animal skin diseases,4 for viral skin diseases,and 3 for venereal diseases.Department of Ophthalmology and Otorhinolaryngology are divided into four major categories,including 25 diseases.The total number of donated prescriptions is 359,including 182 for throat and oral diseases,95 for eye diseases,47 for nose diseases and 35 for ear diseases.6.Finding 23 donors donated over 10 prescriptions per ones of which 526 were donated,accounting for 16.16%.The top ten donors were Guan Jimin(106),He Zhonghe(34),Zhao Sijing(33),Hubiquan(32),Zhao Yucai(30),Deng Hezhi(27),Li Tingfen(25),Chen Zhenan(20),Zhao Fangbo(20)and Tao Baosun(18).The total number of donated prescriptions by 10 people was 345,accounting for 10.6%.7.Two characteristics of the donors were summarized:(1)There are many famous doctors and herbalists.(2)Single donors are the main donors,unit donors(anonymous,in the name of the unit)are the second,and joint donors(multi-donor or multi-unit donors)are the least.8.Finding that teaching staff donated prescriptions in Guangzhou College of Traditional Chinese Medicine have the high quality.9.The background of the movement is related to the Leaders' call,poor health conditions and insufficient medical resources in the early days of the founding of the People's Republic of China.10.Statistics show that the proportion of donated prescriptions for infectious diseases is 15.8%,which is the largest number of all diseases.Among them,dysentery,tuberculosis and measles are the most common.129 for dysentery accounted for 3.96%of all donated prescriptions.ConclusionInfectious diseases are the most common in donated prescription.There are three reasons.Firstly,in the early days of the founding of the People's Republic,the health conditions were poor and the distribution of medical resources was uneven.Secondly,the area is always suffering from epidemic diseases due to unique climate and environment.Most of the donors are famous clinical experts.Among them,41 Guangdong provincial famous traditional Chinese medicine doctors have provided 355 donated prescription.Guan Jimin donated 106 prescriptions,involving 24 diseases.Guangdong Provincial Prescription has good curative effect and is good at using Lingnan herbal medicine. |
