Province.Through the patent perspective,combined with the government's policy on the implementation of hospital preparations to promote an explore the application of hospital Traditional Chinese Medical preparation.putting forward suggestions for the development of the traditional Chinese medicine administration and the relevant departments and medical institutions.3.For promoting,mining,inheriting and developing Chinese medicine,to avoid the loss of intangible intellectual property of traditional Chinese medicine preparation.mining patent information of Hospital traditional Chinese medicine,constructing preparation of the patent management and patent protection system,improving Chinese Academy of science technology and development capabilities to boost the internationalization and sustained and healthy development of Chinese medicine.Methods1.The research method of literature retrieval.Searching and collecting the development of Hospital' s traditional Chinese Medicine literature in China biomedical literature database,VIP database,CNKI database,Wanfang database and Chinese Medical Association Journals Related to the official website.Searching Ovid LWW,Springer Link and other full text foreign language journals database,collecting of foreign medicine hospital of traditional Chinese medicine preparation station.The scope of the literature includes academic journals,policy documents,official documents of the government,and general information.On this basis,collating the literature and doing comparative analysis to understand the development of hospital traditional Chinese medicine preparations.2.Interviews.By asking the representative questions,grasp the current situation and existing problems.Through interviewing,grasp the first hand development status of Guangdong Province Traditional Chinese Medical preparation,and making the expression of research standpoint more authenticity and validity.By interviewing senior patent agent,excavating the patent resources of hospital traditional Chinese medicine,and grasping the latest application.3.Patent retrieval methods.On the State Intellectual Property Office patent retrieval platform,collecting relevant data and the patent theme.Then,on the analysis of consolidation,merging,screening and processing the searching results.Obtaining patent documents by the Sopat patent search platform,then making an comprehensive analysis on the patent application content,finding out the existing problems,finally,providing a reference basis for the patent information software and SPSS17.0 for the retrieval of patent data and basic statistical analysis,aided by excel.Two Logistic regression and linear regression analysis were carried out on the development trend,patent distribution and patent maintenance time of traditional Chinese patent medicine in the top three hospitals of Guangdong province.ResultsBy analyzing patent date,results were as follows:Firstly,traditional Chinese patent medicine of TCM hospitals in province kept increasing trend in the past 10 years,but there was a big difference between the cities in Guangdong province.Secondly,the overall number.of patent maintenance is inferior.Thirdly,authorized patent maintenance time not long and whether the patent application to provide experimental data,to create a new form had a significant correlation.Fourthly,published for the unpaid annual fee after withdrawal and after the announcement in rejecting invalid are the main reasons for the authorized patents.ConclusionThe development of traditional Chinese medicine preparation and patent system has important significance practical,which needs to be improved from the following aspects:Firstly,enhancing the clinical service ability of traditional Chinese medicine.Secondly,under the situation that the traditional Chinese medicine preparation is shrinking in hospital,the hospital itself should not be limited to the economic benefits,should pay more attention to the risk of potential loss of traditional Chinese medicine resources in the process of being eliminated.Secondly,making full use of patent information resources,the patent system and the development of traditional Chinese medicine.combing with traditional Chinese medicine in the hospital and using patent application to the development of new drugs achieving economic benefits.Fourthly,mining Hospital traditional Chinese medicine patent information resources.Based on the existing hospital preparation and development new experienced prescripts.By keeping the traditional characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine,under the principle of the traditional Chinese medicine to continuing innovation and acting on the international health care market.
