ObjectiveTo investigate the significance of high uric acid in prediabetes,in order to control the risk factors of coronary heart disease to achieve the early intervention of coronary heart disease.Materials and methodsWe picked up 218 patients who were diagnosed as coronary heart disease,and/or cerebral infarction,and/or hypertension,and/or pulmonary infection in Geriatric Departm-ent in a hospital in Taian city Since March 1,2015 to December 31,2015.every subjects to do glucose tolerance test, measuring the fasting blood glucose(FBG),postprandial 2 hours blood glucose(OGTT2h),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c),and verify the total choleste-rol(TCH),triglyceride(TG),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),blood uric acid(UA),measuring blood pressure(BP),have clearly without smoking history and history of drinking, such as age, gender, eliminate disease:chronic renal insufficiency, tumor, blood disease, diabetes, abnormal thyroid function, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD),the combining severe infection, patients with poor compliance.Experim-ent 1:reference to the American diabetes association(ADA)in 2010 make a diagnosis and give treatment guidelines for the diagnosis of pre-diabetes and diabetes, according to the fasting blood glucose,OGTT 2 hours, hemoglobin a1c levels,218 patients were divided into three groups:normal blood glucose group(NGT),48 cases in total,pre-diabetes group(Pre-diabetes),a total of 153 cases in total, diabetes mellitus(DM)group,17 cases in total,Analyze the outcome of the difference between three groups.Experiment 2:Reference to international society for heart disease and association and the world health organization task force on standardization of clinical nomenclature report the nomenclature and criteria for diagnosis, the 218 cases were divided into 2 groups, coronary heart disease(CHD),155 cases in total, the normal group,63 cases in total,Analyze the outcome of the difference between the two groups.Experiment 3:We choose 2143 cases who came to Tai'an center hospital for physical exa-mination in March,June,September and December in 2014.Analyze the outcome of the difference between the four groups.Statistical analysis methodUsing SPSS18.0 software packages to analyze the test data?Measurement data expressed in meanąstandard,Compared using analysis of variance between groups, count data with the frequency and percentage, comparison between groups by x~2 test,P?0.05 shows the results have significant difference,P>0.05 shows the results have no significant difference.Reslts1 normal blood glucose group(NGT)and pre diabetes group(PD),diabetic group(DM)and sex, smoking and drinking history of chi square test,P>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant;2 normal blood glucose group(NGT),pre diabetes group, diabetes mellitus group(Pre-diabetes)(DM)the incidence of hyperuricemia by chi square test,x~2=1.20,P=0.549,the difference was not statistically significant;3 women, normal blood glucose group(NGT)and pre diabetes group(Pre-diabetes),diabetic group(DM)and high incidence of uric acid by chi square test,x~2=10.13,P=0.006,three groups of women between the high uric acid there was a significant difference;4 normal blood glucose group(NGT)and pre diabetes group(Pre-diabetes),diabetic group(DM)of three groups of blood pressure, blood lipid and uric acid in the Analysis by variance analysis,P>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant;5 people and other indexes to do multiple linear regression analysis, age, diastolic blood pressure and low density lipoprotein cholesterol and blood uric acid level was positively related to P were 0.014,0.032,0.004,the difference was statistically significant;cholesterol was negatively correlated with the level of blood uric acid, the P value is 0.018,the difference was statistically significant;6 coronary heart disease group(CHD)and non CHD group(non CHD)and sex, smoking and drinking than using the chi square test,P>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant;7 in the male population, and non coronary heart disease the incidence of coronary heart disease high uric acid group by chi square test,x~2=1.34,P=0.241,the difference was not statistically significant;8 in the female population,,coronary heart disease and non coronary heart disease group, the incidence of hyperuricemia by chi square test Experience,x~2=2.17,P=0.141,the difference was not statistically significant.9 In patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)and non coronary heart disease(CHD)group and the difference between the observed indexes analysis using analysis of variance. The results show that between the two groups in age, uric acid, blood pressure, low density lipoprotein, triglyceride, total cholesterol of P value was greater than 0.05,no statistically significant differences, and fasting blood glucose and oral sugar after 2 hours blood glucose of P values were less than 0.05,there was statistically significant difference.Conclusion1 In women, hyperuricemia is related with prediabetes.2 This subjects showed that abnormal glucose metabolism is the risk factor of coronary heart disease, and failed to show that hyperuricemia and coronary heart disease are related.
