Clinical Observation Of Curative Effect Of Penetrating Compound Angelica Injection Through Acupoint Ultrasonic Conductivity After Repair Operation Of Wrist Median Nerve Injury

Objective:Through comparative study,to verify that after the repair operation of wrist median nerve injury penetrating compound Angelica injection through acupoint ultrasonic conductivity can promote the recovery of nerve function.Methods:From May 2015 to May 2019,60 patients with wrist median nerve injury who met the standard of case inclusion in hand surgery department of TaiZhou Orthopedics hospital(four departments)were selected.The patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,each group 30 patients.On the first day after operation,the control group began to take mecobalamin(mecobalamin)tablets 0.5 mg,3 times a day for 22 weeks.On the basis of the control group,on the 1sth day after operation,the treatment group was treated with penetration of compound Angelica injection through ultrasonic conduction at the four acupoints of Quchi,Hegu,Neiguan and Daling on affected extremity,20 minutes a time,3 times a week for 20 weeks.The patients in the two groups were followed up at 22 weeks after operation to observe the electrophysiological changes and the recovery of nerve function,and to evaluate the clinical effect.Results:Observation statistics at 22 weeks after operation shows that the neuroelectrophysiological data of the treatment group were remarkably better than those of the control group,and the overall therapeutic effect of the treatment group was also better than that of the control group.Conclusion:The treatment of penetrating compound Angelica injection through acupoint ultrasonic conductivity can effectively promote the regeneration and functional recovery of wrist median nerve after injury.Meanwhile it is safe,convenient,low-cost,painless and infectionless,so it is more acceptable to patients.Compared with the traditional single treatment method,it is more advantaged.
