Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Primary Dysmenorrhea With The Application Of Angelica Rhizome And Angelica Acupoints

1.ObjectiveThe purpose of this study is to put clinical observation and Angelica acupoint treatment of primary dysmenorrhea of Angelica fomentation, To evaluate the effect of two methods in the treatment of dysmenorrhea, and to explore the effect of the two methods on the treatment of dysmenorrhea, The improvement of the symptoms of dysmenorrhea, on this basis, to provide ideas and methods for further study better for the TCM treatment of primary dysmenorrhea.2. MethodsThe patients of this study came from Beijing University of traditional Chinese medicine students, Dongzhimen Hospital of Beijing University of traditional Chinese medicine and through the network platform screening included with primary dysmenorrhea diagnostic criteria and criteria were included a total of 62 cases, were randomly divided into two groups, the final completion of the case of 56 cases of treatment group (when return hot compress paste) in 28 cases, non shedding, control group (Angelica acupoint) in 28 cases, shedding in 6 cases.treatment time for each menstrual cramps of 1,2,3 days, the line started sticking,1, stick, each patching for a duration of 6 hours, each menstrual cycle posted consecutive 3 days, the treatment of three menstrual cycles, recording and observing the evaluation indicators. Using statistical software SPSS 20.0 statistical analysis before treatment, after two groups of dysmenorrhea symptom score, VAS score, small abdominal pain severity score, small abdominal pain of continuous time score, severity score, efficiency analysis, to evaluate the efficacy of the two groups and on dysmenorrhea of improving condition and two groups of curative effect difference to assess overall efficiency of the two groups.3. ResultsBefore treatment, the two groups of age, course of disease, age at menarche, dysmenorrhea began to age, dysmenorrhea symptom score, VAS score, severity of pain in the lower abdomen, small abdominal pain duration were compared, the difference was not statistically significant, the two groups have good comparability. After the end of treatment of 3 menstrual cycles were analyzed within groups and between groups before and after treatment between groups of indicators to compare P< 0.05, the difference was statistically significant, the treatment group than the control group to relieve the symptoms of dysmenorrhea; the group analysis, treatment group indicators before and after treatment of dysmenorrhea of P< 0.05, there was statistical significance the difference, after treatment, the indicators of dysmenorrhea score than before treatment decreased in the treatment group before and after treatment were analyzed in the small abdominal pain severity, other indicators of P> 0.05, the difference was not statistically significant, In control group before and after treatment of the symptoms of dysmenorrhea had no obvious improvement, the control group of small abdominal pain severity before and after treatment, P< 0.05, after treatment improved, but specific data analysis, to reduce the degree of still than the treatment group ideal; after treatment, in the treatment group, the total effective rate was 75%, the control group, the total efficiency of 14.3%, the treatment group on primary dysmenorrhea symptoms improved significantly, and the efficiency of the control group is very low, overall treatment effect is not obvious, dysmenorrhea indexes before and after treatment no significant changes.4. ConclusionClinical analysis of treatment by applying method paste on the two acupoints on primary dysmenorrhea, the combination of the three that angelica, heat, Guan yuan,is significantly better than combination effect, of angelica and Guan yuan, Clinical application of acupoint sticking in the combined application of traditional Chinese medicine, thermal and acupoints can play a synergistic role, In the heat conduction, through the acupuncture can stimulate the propagated sensation, according to "modern transdermal absorption" theory, promote the absorption of drugs, enhance the treatment effect, Clinical research in the future, consider the application of acupoint compress in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea, the future can further increase the mechanism of acupoint compress and study and observe the analgesic mechanism of the poor; Angelica and acupoint sticking method results in this study, consider using this method for treatment of dysmenorrhea in clinical. In clinical practice, based on this method to optimize the pharmaceutical ingredients and sticking point selection, to further explore the optimization scheme of Acupoint Application of Chinese medicine, improve clinical curative effect.
