Objective To observe the clinical effect of Jiawei Liuwei Decoction for Laryngeal Disease on children with dysphonia, tic disorder,wind-heat invading lung type. Methods 162 children with vocal tic disorder of wind-heat pulmonary type were collected and divided into 54 cases of traditional Chinese medicine treatment group,54 cases of Western medicine treatment group and 54 cases of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment group. The treatment group was treated with Modified Laryngeal Liuwei Decoction, the western medicine group was treated with Tiapride, and the integrated Chinese and Western medicine group was treated with Modified Laryngeal Liuwei Decoction and Tiapride at the same time. The course of treatment was 3 months. The curative effect was compared between the changes of YGTSS score and the changes of TCM syndrome classification and quantification score before and after treatment.Results(1)There were 126 cases in the final study, including 35 cases in the traditional Chinese medicine treatment group,48 cases in the western medicine treatment group and 43 cases in the integrated Chinese and Western medicine treatment group.(2)Chinese medicine treatment group, western medicine treatment group, integrated Chinese and Western medicine treatment group. There was significant difference in YGTSS score and quantitative score of TCM syndrome classification before and after treatment in each group(P<0.05).YGTSS standard was used to evaluate the three groups before and after treatment. The total effective rate of Chinese medicine treatment group was 91.42%,that of integrated Chinese and Western medicine group was 93.02%,and that of Western medicine treatment group was 87.50%.The effective rate of Chinese medicine treatment group was 97.14%,that of integrated Chinese and Western medicine group was 97.67%,and that of Western medicine treatment group was 91.66%.(3)There was no significant difference in YGTTS score between the three groups before and after treatment(P>0.05);there was a significant difference in the quantitative scores of TCM syndromes between the TCM treatment group, the integrated TCM treatment group and the western medicine treatment group before and after treatment(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the quantitative scores of TCM syndromes between the TCM-WM treatment group and the TCM treatment group(P>0.05).(4)Compared with the three groups, the incidence of side effects in the TCM treatment group was 8.57%,11.63%in the TCM-WM treatment group and 29.17%in the WM treatment group. There was significant difference in the side effects between the TCM treatment group, the WM-WM treatment group and the WM treatment group before and after treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the traditional Chinese medicine treatment group and the integrated Chinese and Western medicine group(P>0.05).Conclusion(1)Modified Liuwei Decoction of Laryngeal Department has certain clinical efficacy in treating children with vocal tic tic disorder of wind-heat invading lung type.(2)Modified Liuwei Decoction of Laryngeal Department has the same therapeutic effect on children with vocal tic tic disorder of wind-heat lung type as that of Western medicine(Tiapride)and the treatment group of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine.(3)Modified Liuwei Decoction of Laryngology is better than western medicine(Tiapride)in improving TCM syndromes in treating children with vocal tic tic disorder of wind-heat pulmonary type.(4)The side effects of Jiawei Liuwei Decoction in treating children with vocal tic disorder of wind-heat lung type were less than those of Western medicine(Tiapride)treatment group.
