ObjectiveThis study from the perspective of cognition, behavior, mood, psychology, medical college freshmen as the research object, through the way of questionnaire, dependency on college students' cell phone use, sleep quality, anxiety and depression, and so on and so forth,to explore the dependency mobile phone use and sleep quality, anxiety, depression, the role of the relationship between college students'mobile phone addiction prevention, improve the quality of college students sleep, alleviate the mood of college students' anxiety depression, promote the development of college students' physical and mental health level.MethodsA questionnaire survey was conducted among 1050 students from zhaoqing medical college, including:demographic data, mobile phone dependence questionnaire,Pittsburgh sleep quality index,self-rating anxiety scale, beck depression scale, body mass index(BMI),abdominal circumference and neck circumference.Ask students to fill in the information according to their own situation The collected data can be sorted and analyzed by SPSS statistical software. The measurement data were represented by().T-test was used for comparison between the two groups, and one-way anova was used for comparison between multiple groups.Counting data are expressed in relative Numbers;Pearson correlation analysis was used.Multiple linear regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of mobile phone dependence.Results1.In the analysis of the varibles of mobile phone dependence and social demographic data, abdominal circumference, neck circumference, body mass index, sleep quality, anxiety and depression the results showed that the use of mobile phone dependence and gender, learning interest, learning pressure, neck circumference, sleep quality, anxiety and depression were statistically significant.Female college students, students with a lack of interest in learning students who felt great pressure on learning, students with sleep disorders, and students with anxiety and depression symptoms showed significantly higher scores in the use of mobile phone dependence.2.In the correlation analysis, mobile phone dependence is positively correlated with gender in social demographic data, and negatively correlated with learning pressure and learning interest There was a positive correlation between sleep quality, fall asleep time, sleep time, sleep disorder, daytime dysfunction and total score of sleep quality among all sleep quality factors(P<0.05),among which there was a significant correlation between sleep quality, sleep disorder and total score of sleep quality and mobile phone dependence(P<0.01).It was positively correlated with anxiety and depression scores, and negatively correlated with neck circumference.3.Dependence to mobile phone use score as the dependent variable, gender, learning interest, learning stress, anxiety score, depression score, sleep quality score as independent variables, multivariate linear regression analysis, the results show that the sex,the standardization of BDI score regression equation coefficient Beta is positive and p?0.05,to illustrate the two variable dependence can be significantly positive mobile phone use,the interest in learning, learning pressure,SAS scores of standardized regression equation coefficient Beta is negative and p ?0.05,that these three factors can significantly negative prediction dependency using phone.ConclusionDependence college students' cell phone use affect individual aspects, this research covers the social and demographic factors, obesity, sleep quality, anxiety and depression, although is just one part of the important factors, still provides reference for college students how to reasonable use mobile phones and intervention direction,it provide a more comprehensive basis for mobile phone dependent research.
