Tuberculosis used to be thought of as the"disease of poverty".Over the years, although mankind conquered tuberculosis by using anti-tuberculosis drugs, vigorously developing national economy and popularizing various pathogenic risk factors,it was still not completely eliminated. In recent years, the incidence of tuberculosis, drug resistance rate have increased trend. This period also coincided with the rapid development of smart phones. For young people in particular, the negative effects of mobile phone dependence have become the focus of attention of all sectors of society, which may also be related to the incidence of tuberculosis. Therefore,on the basis of combing the risk factors of tuberculosis, this study discussed the significance of mobile phone dependence on tuberculosis, and provided theoretical basis for the prevention and control of tuberculosis.Objective:1.To provide a scientific reference for local tuberculosis prevention and control work, understand the risk factors of tuberculosis and the status quo of mobile phone dependence among young people in Yan'an area.2.Study mobile phone dependence on the risk of tuberculosis among young people in Yan'an area,in order to find a certain entry point to reduce the incidence of tuberculosis.3.To guide TB susceptible groups and TB patients to establish a healthy and reasonable lifestyle and further control the epidemic situation. Methods:From October 2017 to December 2018,There are 150 young patients with newly diagnosed active pulmonary tuberculosis(including clinical diagnosis and laboratory diagnosis)in the Second People's Hospital of Yan'an City were included as a case group.According to gender,age(±3 years old),residence(as far as possible living neighbors)as a mixed factor,150 healthy young people with a history of exposure to tuberculosis were randomly selected as a control group for a matched case-control study. The physical examination and laboratory tests were carried out in a unified manner. The questionnaires were designed by ourselves. The questionnaire included general demographic characteristics, lifestyle and behavioral habits,Pittsburgh sleep quality index, and mobile phone dependence index.A total of 16 risk factors were included in the screening, and two sets of questionnaires were collected using a face-to-face unified survey method. The statistical software spss23.0 was used to process the data.First, the paired?~2 test and the paired t-test were used for univariate analysis. Then, the variables with significant differences among the univariate analysis results were included in the multivariate logistic regression analysis model to eliminate multiple confounding factors. The difference was statistically significant at P<0.05,and the control bias was strictly controlled to determine the influencing factors of tuberculosis and the relationship between mobile phone dependence and tuberculosis.Result:On 16 factors may affect the matching chi-square test, preliminary screening phone dependence, sleep disorder, professional(physical labor and the unemployed),unmarried,no card marks, the junior middle school and the cultural level, smoking, excessive drinking,no residential ventilation and BMI<18.5 kg/m2,monthly living expenses<1000 yuan,a total of 11 factors associated with pulmonary tuberculosis incidence; The Logistic regression analysis model of multiple factors showed that cell phone dependence(OR2.958,95%CI 1.932-3.986),sleep disorder(OR 1.172,95%CI 1.051-1.580),occupation(OR 1.132,95%CI 0.126-1.804),ventilation in the room(OR 0.237,95%CI 0.121-0.467),BMI(OR 0.319,95%CI 0.319)A total of 5 indicators are independent indicators affecting the incidence of tuberculosis, among which mobile phone dependence, sleep disorder, occupation(physical labor and unemployed)are risk factors, and room ventilation and BMI>18.5kg/m2 are protective factors. After that, the score of mobile phone dependence index scale of mobile phone dependence patients was converted into grade data to evaluate the risk degree of all levels, suggesting that score of 51-59(OR 0.146,95%CI 0.030-0.780)was a protective factor for tuberculosis.Scores of 59-67(OR 2.884,95%CI 1.075-7.739),67-75(OR 3.163,95%CI 1.188-8.419),and 75-83(OR 8.000,95%CI 1.234-51.560)were all risk factors affecting the incidence of tuberculosis.Conclusion:1.Cell phone dependence, sleep disturbance, physical labor and unemployment are all independent risk factors for tuberculosis among people aged 18-35 in yan'an.Ventilation and BMI>18.5kg/m2 were protective factors for pulmonary tuberculosis.2.Cell phone dependence patients with a cell phone dependence score of 51-59 were associated with a protective factor for tuberculosis, and when the score was higher than 51,the higher the score, the higher the risk of developing tuberculosis.
