Objectives:To observe the effects of intelligent upper limb rehabilitation robot combined with routine rehabilitation training on upper limb motor function and activities of daily living in stroke patients with hemiplegia, and to explore the correlation between the improvement of upper limb motor function and activities of daily living in stroke patients with hemiplegia and cognition. Methods:A total of 56 stroke patients with hemiplegia who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the experimental group(n=28)and the eontrol group(n=28).Both groups used routine rehabilitation training for 30 minutes each time,5 times a week for 2 weeks. The experimental group first carried out routine rehabilitation training, and then added intelligent upper limb rehabilitation robot training. The intelligent upper limb rehabilitation robot training was performed for 30 minutes each time,5 times a week for 2 weeks. The motor function, activity of daily living(ADL)and cognition were assessed before and after treatment in both groups. The motor function assessment included Brunnstrom staging,Fugl-Meyer upper limb motor function score(FMA-UE),Wolf motor function test(WMFT),and improvement.Arshworth score(MAS)(shoulder adductor muscles, biceps brachii, wrist flexor muscles, flexor muscles),range of motion(ROM)assessment(active shoulder flexion, horizontal adduction abduction;elbow flexion;wrist Palmar flexion, back extension);ADL assessment includes Rivermead Exercise Index(RMI),Modified Barthel Index(MBI).Cognitive assessment uses MMSE.Results:1.There were no significant differences between the two groups in terms of Brunnstrom stage(upper limb and hand),FMA-UE score(upper limb, wrist and hand, total seore),WMFT score,MAS score,ROM,MRI score and MBI score before treatment(P>0.05).2.After 2 weeks of treatment,Brunnstrom staging(upper limb and hand),FMA-UE score(upper limb, wrist and hand, total score),WMFT score,MAS score,ROM,MRI score and MBI score and pre-treatment before treatment Compared with the improvement, the difference was significant(P<0.05).3.After 2 weeks of treatment, the experimental group's Brunnstrom upper limb staging,FMA.UE score(upper limb, wrist and hand, total score),WMFT score,MAS score(shoulder adductor muscle, wrist flexor muscle group),ROM,MRI The score and MBI score were better than the control group, and the difference was significant(P<0.05).The Brunnstrom hand stage and MAS score(biceps and flexor muscle groups)in the experimental group improved better than the control group, but the difference have no significance(P>0.05).4.After 2 weeks of treatlent, the FMA-UE total score and the MMSE score were significantly correlated with the MMSE score(r=0.668,P<0.001),and the control group showed a low correlation(r=0.447,P=0.017);the experimental group MBI score significantly correlated with MMSE score(r=0.576,P=0.001),and the control group showed low correlation(r=0.482,P=0.009).Conclusions:1.Intelligent upper limb rehabilitation robot combined with routine rehabilitation training and simple routine rehabilitation training can improve the upper limb motor function and activity of daily living of stroke patients with hemiplegia. The effect of intelligent upper limb rehabilitation robot combined with routine rehabilitation training is better than simple routine rehabilitation training.2.The upper limb motor function and activity of daily living of stroke patients with hemiplegia are related to cognitive function, and showed a positive correlation.
