Objective: dysfunction is one of the main symptoms of stroke patients.The recovery speed and recovery degree of dysfunction will directly affect the self-care ability of stroke patients in daily life.In this paper,through the exercise rehabilitation training of stroke hemiplegia combined with the upper limb robot to observe the rehabilitation effect of the improvement of upper limb motor dysfunction of stroke hemiplegia patients,the upper limb movement of stroke hemiplegia patients will be improved The rehabilitation treatment of dysfunction seeks a rehabilitation program with good effect and short course of treatment.Methods: 32 stroke patients with hemiplegia were selected from the adult ot treatment center of Sichuan Bayi Rehabilitation Center(Sichuan rehabilitation hospital).They were randomly divided into two groups: the experimental group(upper limb robot training + sports rehabilitation training)and the control group(sports rehabilitation training).Both groups were given exercise rehabilitation training,and the rehabilitation experimental group was given upper limb robot training on this basis.The two groups were tested by Lovett,Fugl Meyer,Brunnstrom,muscle tension and hand function before and 8 weeks after rehabilitation.The scores of the two groups were statistically analyzed.Results:(1)there was no significant difference between the two groups before rehabilitation(P > 0.05),which was comparable.After 8 weeks of rehabilitation,the FMA score of the experimental group and the control group was significantly higher than that before rehabilitation(P < 0.05);(2)there was no significant difference between the two groups before rehabilitation(P > 0.05),which was comparable.After 8 weeks of rehabilitation treatment,the muscle strength grade of the experimental group and the control group was significantly higher than that before rehabilitation(P < 0.05);(3)there was no significant difference in Brunnstrom stage between the two groups(P > 0.05),which was comparable.After 8 weeks of rehabilitation treatment,the Brunnstrom stage of the experimental group and the control group was significantly higher than that before rehabilitation(P < 0.05),and the upper limb function was significantly improved;(4)there was no significant difference in the upper limb muscle tension between the two groups before rehabilitation treatment(P > 0.05),which was comparable.After 8 weeks of rehabilitation treatment,the muscle tension of the upper limb in the experimental group and the controlgroup was significantly improved(P < 0.05),and the muscle tension of the upper limb in the experimental group was significantly improved;(5)there was no significant difference in the functional classification of the upper limb in the two groups before rehabilitation treatment(P > 0.05),which was comparable.After 8 weeks of rehabilitation treatment,the upper limb hand function of the rehabilitation experimental group and the rehabilitation control group was significantly improved compared with that before rehabilitation(P < 0.05),and the upper limb hand function of the experimental group was significantly improved.Conclusion:(1)after 8 weeks of rehabilitation treatment,the FMA score of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,indicating that the upper limb robot training can significantly improve the upper limb motor function of stroke hemiplegia patients.(2)After 8 weeks of rehabilitation treatment,the muscle strength rating of the two groups were improved.The muscle strength rating of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,indicating that the upper limb robot training can significantly improve the upper limb muscle strength level of stroke hemiplegia patients.(3)After 8 weeks of rehabilitation treatment,both groups of patients have improved and the stage of hand function in the experimental group has increased significantly,which shows that sports rehabilitation combined with upper limb robot training can significantly improve the level of upper limb joint activity in hemiplegic patients with stroke.(4)After 8 weeks of rehabilitation treatment,the upper limb muscle tension of the two groups were improved,and the upper limb muscle tension of the experimental group was significantly reduced,indicating that the exercise rehabilitation combined with the upper limb robot training can significantly improve the recovery of the upper limb muscle tension of the patients.(5)After 8 weeks of rehabilitation treatment,the hand function of the two groups was improved,and the function classification of the upper limb hand in the experimental group was significantly increased,which indicated that the rehabilitation combined with the robot training of the upper limb could significantly improve the recovery of the upper limb hand function of brain patients. |
