The pharmaceutical chemistry basic course is a professional basic course for pharmacy majors.It has strong theoretical and practical effects and enhances its teaching effect.It is of great significance for cultivating excellent applied pharmacy talents.Task-driven teaching method is a teaching method with strong target and practicality,which is widely used in vocational education.The stratified teaching method is an important method to implement individualized teaching for individual differences of students.This paper combines and optimizes the two,constructs a task-driven hierarchical teaching method suitable for secondary vocational education,and conducts research and application in the teaching of pharmaceutical chemistry basic course of Pharmacy Specialty of Health School of Kunming.It comprehensively analyzes the research status of stratified teaching at home and abroad;explains the core concepts and theoretical basis of task-driven stratified teaching method;analyzes the professional standards of pharmacy in the middle vocational school,the curriculum standard of medicinal chemistry,and the practice school The status quo and problems of the course of medicinal chemistry,discusses the feasibility and necessity of the implementation of task-driven tiered teaching method;formulate its implementation plan,the specific links are: survey mapping,student stratification grouping,target stratification,stratification Teaching,layering exercises,layered counseling,stratified evaluation,dynamic adjustment,and detailed implementation methods and precautions for each link;practiced in the 2017 pharmacy class of Health School of Kunming for nearly one year;during the experiment,Three tests before and after,three questionnaires and one final exam were conducted.The test results,interest and attitude of learning,cooperation awareness and ability were analyzed,and the results and research deficiencies were summarized.The results show that the task-driven hierarchical teaching method has a good effect on students’ interest in learning,cooperation and personal ability,and enhances students’ self-confidence.Students at different levels can learn in their "latestdevelopment zone".It reduces the polarization of students,promotes the development of students’ multiple intelligences,strengthens students’ comprehensive professional ability,improves the quality of classroom teaching,and promotes the improvement of teachers’ professional quality,in line with the objectives of the pharmaceutical chemistry basic course of secondary vocational schools.It meets the overall requirements of modern vocational education and quality education.
