| Vocational school has the heavy burden of cultivating billions of high quality workers, but if the students cultivated by school don't consist with the requirements of the society, they couldn't obtain employment immediately after their graduation, because what they have learned is not what they should use, this is a waste of education. Vocational school should further reform the educating and teaching, and also stick to the policy of running a vocational school "the aim of service, the lead of obtaining employment", and also reinforce the cultivation of the students' comprehensive ability. The CBE Theory Method settled the problem faced by the vocational school of relationships between the teaching and the ability cultivation, and it is fully embodied the law of vocational education.This problem makes use of the researching methods of documents summary, researching, questionnaire, partial experiment and so on, and draws lessons from the method and thinking of CBE Theory. This paper integrates and perfects the chemistry basic lessons of vocational school pharmacy specialty it also tested the effect of the perfection by the teaching practice.This topic is made up of the perfection of pharmacy specialty basic course and the comparison of the effect of teaching.1. The perfection of the Pharmacy specialty chemistry basic course: with the guidance of CBE Theory, we developed the chemistry basic course studying module and perfected the teaching practice links wholly.2. The comparison of teaching effect: We compared the teaching effect of the experiment class and the comparison class with tow experiments, and we found out that the experiment class is better than the comparison class in later studying and professional practice.The fruits of this problem study:1.
