In recent years,due to the rapid development of social economy and the great attention paid by the state to vocational education,secondary vocational education in China is flourishing in spring.Practical teaching,as a key link throughout secondary vocational education,is an effective way to cultivate students' practical and vocational abilities,which must arouse our special attention.In addition,as an important part of the national economy,the pharmaceutical industry has maintained a relatively rapid growth rate in recent years.Considering the reality of regional economic development,the cultivation of pharmaceutical professionals in secondary vocational schools has also ushered in a turning point of development,especially in practical teaching,which puts forward new directions and higher requirements.Based on the theory of secondary vocational education and practical teaching,combined with the cultivation of pharmaceutical professionals,this study mainly studies the current situation of pharmaceutical professional practice teaching in secondary vocational schools,and mainly investigates the current situation of pharmaceutical professional practice teaching in W secondary vocational schools,on the basis of consulting literature and based on the framework of practical teaching structure,this paper investigates the current situation of practical teaching objectives,contents,conditions and management of practical teaching in the cultivation of pharmaceutical professionals in secondary vocational schools through questionnaires and interviews.It is found that the practical teaching of pharmaceutical profession in secondary vocational schools has characteristics worth popularizing in practice:Innovative practice of the "ladder construction,alternation of schools and posts,five-stage progressive”training mode and "modern apprenticeship" school(enterprise)integration of education mode.At the same time,we also find some problems:the orientation of practical teaching objectives is not clear;the subjects involved in the construction of curriculum and teaching materials are relatively single;the content of curriculum is repeated and updated slowly;the teaching methods are not flexible and diverse enough;the level of teachers is limited,the number of double-type teachers is insufficient;the teacher training system is imperfect,the system is not perfect;the funding is insufficient,and the practical conditions are limited;The organization and management of practical teaching are not standardized,and the assessment and evaluation of practical teaching are not perfect.Finally,in view of the problems in the investigation and related research,the following improvement strategies are put forward:defining the practical teaching objectives of pharmaceutical specialty in secondary vocational schools,optimizing the practical teaching content of pharmaceutical specialty in secondary vocational schools,strengthening the guarantee of practical teaching conditions of pharmaceutical specialty in secondary vocational schools,and improving the practical teaching management of pharmaceutical specialty in secondary vocational schools.
