Research On The Management System Of Regional National Health Information Platform

[Objective] The regional universal health information platform management norm plays an important role in guiding and promoting its development.This study analyzes the status quo and problems of the regional universal health information platform standard specification,establishes the regional universal health information platform management normative system framework and system catalog,and determines the priority of normative development.[Methods] This topic uses literature research method,field research method,expert consultation method and analytic hierarchy process.Use the literature research method to understand the relevant research on the status quo of relevant national health information platform management norms at home and abroad.Use the field research method to understand the current status of regional health information platform management norms.The expert consultation method is used to consult the normative system and the importance of the standard,and finally the analytic hierarchy process is used to calculate the weight of the specification.[Results] Under the current situation that the comprehensive national health information platform management norm system has not yet been formed,the related problems in the management of the regional universal health information platform are analyzed.(2)Established a regional universal health information platform management normative framework,platform planning and construction management,platform organization management,platform standard management,platform data management,platform operation and maintenance management,platform emergency disposal management,and platform fund protection management.(3)Established a catalogue of the normative system,giving the main contents and uses of 21 specific specifications.(4)Determine the specification development priority and sort out the highest priority specification,the general priority specification and the lowest priority specification.(5)Give relevant recommendations for norm-setting.[Conclusions] The research results of the regional national health information platform management normative system framework and the regional national health information platform management norm system catalogue will provide theoretical support and reference for the development of regional national health information platform management standards for medical and health-related government departments at the national or local levels,has a certain practical significance.
