The Architecture Design And Key Technologies Research On Regional Health Information Sharing Platform

Our regional health information construction made many achievements after more than ten years of development; there are also a lot of problems at the same time. Especially the problems of "stack data" and "islands of data" prevalent in the regional health informatization affected the playing of the performance of the health informatization seriously. Construction of regional health informatization is a high complexity, large scale, involving a wide range of systems engineering.The construction of informatization in this field is usually based on IT technologies and projects for the demand-driven, health informatization projects have been proposed as an integral part of the business applications. At the same time, there are many health informatization systems have constructed in a vertical way by the various agencies and departments, and this systems always lack overall planning and top-level design, and this lead to the lack of the ability of synergy and interact between the public health and medical services, and it is difficult to meet the application requirements of the parties. The diagnostic information and testing and checking information of the community health service centers, hospitals, prevention and control stations, community health service centers and Control Station can not be exchanged and can not provide appropriate health services and data management support for the various types of health workers at all levels in time.This paper first introduces the research background and significance, and analyses the current situation of the domestic and foreign research and development, and initially builds, combining with the theory and technology of regional health information sharing, the overall framework of the regional health information sharing platform based on as the residents health records. Secondly, this paper analyses and researches the key technologies involved in the regional health information sharing platform. Finally, based on the shared data of regional health, this paper complete the system design and implementation of the regional health information retrieval platform and achieve the applications and showing of the health shared data.
