| Objective:To observe the clinical effect of self-made Qige Tangzhi prescription on type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with hyperlipidemia by supplementing qi,nourishing yin,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.Methods:60 patients were randomly divided into two groups,30 patients in each group.According to the formulated hypoglycemic plan,atorvastatin calcium tablets were given to the control group,while Qige Tangzhi prescription was given to the treatment group.After 8 weeks of treatment,the clinical efficacy of Qige Tangzhi prescription in treating type 2 diabetes complicated with hyperlipidemia was evaluated by recording the changes of blood sugar,blood lipid,TCM syndrome curative effect,comprehensive curative effect and other numerical values of each patient.At the same time,the changes of liver and kidney function and blood routine were recorded during the study,so as to evaluate the safety and feasibility of Qige Tangzhi prescription.Results:1.FPG,2hPG comparison:fasting blood glucose and 2 hours postprandial blood glucose of two groups after treatment were lower than before treatment(P <0.05),the difference was statistically significant.Inter-group comparison:the treatment group is better than the control group in reducing fasting blood glucose and 2-hours postprandial blood glucose(P < 0.05),the difference was statistically significant.Comparison between the two groups:the treatment group is obviously better than the control group.2.HbA1 c comparison:the average value of the treatment group was 6.91±0.68 before treatment and 5.86±0.49 after treatment;The control group was 7.19±0.62 before treatment and 6.68±0.55 after treatment.HbA1 c values of both groups decreased after treatment(P <0.05).After treatment,the effect of traditional Chinese medicine group was more obvious(P<0.05).3.blood lipid comparison:TG,TC,LDL-C values decreased and HDL-C values increased after treatment in the two groups(P<0.05),but the effect in the treatment group was better(P<0.05).4.TCM syndrome curative effect:the total effective rate of the treatment group before and after treatment is 90%,and that of the control group is 63.33% from theobservation of TCM syndrome effective rate,the treatment group is significantly higher than that of the control group(P < 0.05).From the observation of TCM syndrome points,the clinical symptoms of both groups were improved after treatment,but the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).5.comprehensive curative effect:the total effective rate of the treatment group is86.67%,and that of the control group is 56.67%,the comprehensive curative effect of the treatment group is significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Qige Tangzhi prescription can not only reduce blood sugar and regulate blood lipid,but also effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with type 2 diabetes complicated with hyperlipidemia.In the treatment of T2 DM complicated with hyperlipidemia,it is superior to western medicine alone and has no adverse reactions,and is safe and effective. |
