Objective:Diabetic dermopathy is the most common complication observed in patients with diabetes mellitus.With the increasing attention paid to the dermatosis of diabetes at home and abroad,the research on the dermatosis of diabetes becomes more and more abundant.Modern medicine focuses on the investigation of the incidence of diabetes complicated with dermatosis in certain population,specific age and dermatosis.Chinese medicine does not have the name "diabetes complicated skin disease",but according to the appearance and mechanism of skin diseases,it is classified into the specific categories such as itching,sore selection,acne and gangrene.However,because of the lack of uniform standard of traditional Chinese medcine syndromes and different treatment methods,it is inconvenient for academic communication and clinical choice of drugs.Therefore,it is of great siginificance to study the rule of syndromes distribution of diabetes complicated skin disease based on traditional Chinese medcine syndromes.Materials and methods:Our study was to evaluate the frequency and the risk factors of skin disorders in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus,providing some reliable information for the clinical diagnose and the treatment of skin disorders among type 2 diabetic patients;By studying the distribution law of TCM syndromes in patients with type 2 diabetes complicated with dermatosis,it provides reference for clinical prescription.In this study,the information related to 166 patients with type 2 diabetes were analyzed,42 patients with dermatosis were classified into case group,and 123 patients without skin disorders were classified as control group.The data,including sex,age,course of diabetes,blood sugar control,other systemic diseases,diabetes complications,types of skin lesions,smoking,drinking,etc,as well as systemic data of symptoms,tongue,pulse,body mass index,etc,were analyzed and concluded that.Results:1 The prevalence of skin lesions in 166 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus was 25.3%.The most common types of skin lesions were skin infections(42.9%),allergic skin disorders(26.1%),pruritus(21.4%),and skin pulse.Tuberculosis(11.9%),psoriasis(7.1%),skin tumour(4.8%),cutaneous amyloidosis(2.4%),solar dermatitis(2.4%).2 A statistical analysis of 42 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with skin lesions revealed that fatty liver may be a risk factor for diabetes complicated by dermatological lesions.3 The part of the clinical observation study,I selected 166 patients whom were diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus.Through the questionnaires of the semiology survey,the result shows that,in different groups of the study,the semiotic distribution is different.The combination of qiyinliangxuzheng and shirezheng and the combination of qiyinliangxuzheng and tanyuzheng have universality in both groups.Conclusion:1 Among the skin infections,fungal infections were predominant(83.3%),and eczema accounted for the major part of allergic skin diseases(63.3%).Of all cases with skin lesions,23.8%had 2 cases.Even more than two kinds of skin disorders.2 A statistical analysis of 42 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with skin lesions revealed that fatty liver may be a risk factor for diabetes complicated by dermatological lesions.3 The frequency of the combination of qiiyinliangxuzheng and shirezheng in case group are higer than it in control group.The frequency of the combination of qiiyinliangxuzheng and tanyuzheng in control group are higer than it in case group.
