| Object: This study is in accordance with the theory of " liver-collaterals impaired by toxin" proposed by the supervisor,based on western medicine combined with Jiedu Tongluo Decoction Antihypertensive Prescription to treat and observe the effect of TCM syndrome score,glucose metabolism,blood pressure and other indicators in patients with type 2 diabetes complicated by hypertension,further verification and objective evaluation of the clinical efficacy and safety of treating "type 2 diabetes with hypertension" from the perspective of "liver-collaterals impaired by toxin",aiming to open up a new idea for the treatment of blood pressure and blood sugar in patients with type 2 diabetes complicated by hypertension.Methods: The study cases were the patients with type 2 diabetes complicated with hypertension from the endocrinology outpatient and inpatient area of the Jilin Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine between October 2018 and October 2019(TCM syndrome differentiation accords with liver-stomach stagnation and fever,toxic damage to liver-collateral),60 patients meeting the criteria were divided into a control group(taking Metformin hydrochloride tablets 0.85 g twice a day and Losartan potassium tablets 50 mg once a day,if 2 weeks later,the blood pressure controlling poorly,taking Amlodipine besylate tablets5 mg once a day)and a treatment group by random sampling(Based on conventional western medicine in the control group with Jiedu Tongluo Decoction Antihypertensive Prescription),30 patients in the control group and 30 patients in the treatment group,to carry out a single blind,prospective,parallel control clinical trial for 12 weeks.After 12 weeks,the patient's TCM symptom score,blood glucose,blood pressure,fasting insulin level,insulin resistance index,glycated hemoglobin,blood lipids(TC,TG),BMI,waist circumference and other objective indicators were compared and analyzed,and the conclusion was finally drawn.Results: The effective rate of improvement in TCM symptoms in the control group was86.67%,and the treatment group was 93.33%.In the evaluation of hypoglycemic effect,the control group was 70.00% and the treatment group was 86.67%.In the evaluation of antihypertensive effect,the control group was 76.67% and the treatment group was93.33%.The treatment group was superior to the control group in improving TCM syndrome scores,reducing fasting blood glucose,postprandial blood glucose,glycated hemoglobin,blood pressure and improving fasting insulin levels and insulin resistance(P<0.05).There were no significant differences between the two groups in reducing blood lipids,BMI,and waist circumference(P> 0.05).Conclusion: Jiedu Tongluo Decoction Antihypertensive Prescription can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients with type 2 diabetes complicated by hypertension,and achieve good efficacy in reducing blood sugar,blood pressure,glycated hemoglobin,and improving insulin resistance,which is better than the control group,with no adverse reactions. |
