Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Wenfeihuayin in the treatment of patients with eosinophilic phenotype chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,in order to achieve relief The patient's clinical symptoms, improve prognosis, and improve the quality of life. Methods:According to the screening criteria,54 patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with eosinophilia were randomly selected from the inpatients of the Department of Pulmonary Diseases,Affiliated Hospital of Gansu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and were randomly divided into two groups:27 patients in the treatment group and the control group. On the basis of unified treatment of Western medicine such as oxygen inhalation, phlegm, and bronchial expansion, the control group received regular inhalation of budesonide momotrol powder inhalation. The patients in the treatment group were treated with oral administration.ling gan wu wei jiang xin decoction was added and subtracted. The total course of treatment was 4 weeks and followed up for half a year. After the end of treatment, compare the changes of TCM symptoms and signs, lung function, blood routine, blood gas analysis,six-minute walking distance, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease assessment test.Efficacy, using statistics to analyze and draw conclusions.Result:1.Comprehensive efficacy:After the treatment, the treatment group was ineffective in 4 cases, effective in 14 cases, markedly effective in 7 cases, the effective rate was 84%,the control group was ineffective in 8 cases, effective in 12 cases, markedly effective in 5 cases, the total effective rate was 68%.The comprehensive effect of the treatment group was significantly better than the control group?P<0.05?,and the difference was statistically significant.2.Symptoms and signs of TCM:Symptoms and signs of TCM:The scores of the symptoms and signs of the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant?P<0.05?.In terms of total scores, the total scores of the two groups decreased after treatment, and the treatment group decreased more significantly, and the comparison between the groups was statistically significant?P<0.05?.3.TCM syndrome effect:After 4 weeks of different treatments, the effective rate of TCM syndromes in the control group was 60%;the effective rate of TCM syndromes in the treatment group was 84%,suggesting that the treatment group is superior to the control in improving TCM syndromes.group.4.Percentage of eosinophils:The percentage of eosinophils in the two groups was compared with that before treatment, and decreased after treatment, but there was no significant difference between the two groups after treatment?P>0.05?.5.Ulmonary function indicators:FEV1 and FEV1/FVC%of the two groups were compared with those before treatment, and improved after treatment, but the improvement of the treatment group was more obvious, and the difference between the groups was statistically significant?P<0.05?.6.Blood gas analysis:The arterial oxygen partial pressure of both groups increased after treatment, but the increase in the treatment group was more obvious, and there was a difference between the groups?P<0.05?.There was no significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment with carbon dioxide partial pressure?P>0.05?.The arterial oxygen saturation of both groups increased after treatment, but the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant?P>0.05?.7.CAT score:The CAT scores of the two groups were lower after treatment than before treatment, but the reduction of the treatment group was greater, and the difference between the groups was statistically significant?P<0.05?.8.Six-minute walking test:The walking distance of the two groups increased after six minutes of treatment, but the six-minute walking distance of the treatment group increased more, and the difference between the groups was statistically significant?P<0.05?.9.Drug safety monitoring:There was no significant difference in the safety indicators before and after treatment in the treatment group, and the clinical safety was good. Conclusion:Wen fei Hua yin Decoction?ling gan wu wei jiang xin decoction?combined with Western medicine can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms and improve lung function of patients with acute exacerbation of eosinophilic phenotype chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Correct hypoxemia, improve exercise tolerance, improve the quality of life of patients, and have good safety.
