Clinical Observation Of “Hanbikeli” For Cold And Dampness Type Of Rheumatoid Arthritis

Purpose:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of“hanbikeli”for cold and dampness type of rheumatoid arthritis.Methods:Sixty-eight patients with rheumatoid-type rheumatoid arthritis who were admitted to the Department of Rickets of Gansu Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 34 cases in each group.The treatment group received methotrexate tablets(2.5mg×4 tablets),orally,once a week;folic acid tablets(5mg×1 tablet),oral,once a week;“hanbikeli”,oral,one dose a day,one day Two times;the control group received basic treatment:methotrexate tablets(2.5mg×4tablets),orally,once a week;folic acid tablets(5mg×1 tablet),oral,once a week;after 8 weeks of treatment and treatment Four weeks later,the changes and safety indexes of RF,ESR,CRP,anti-"O",anti-CCP antibody,VAS,DAS28 score,Sharp score and TCM syndrome score were recorded and analyzed.Results:(1)The total effective rate of the treatment group was 88.23%;the total effective rate of the control group was 73.53%.After statistical analysis,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group.(2)The total effective rate of TCM syndrome was 85.29% in the treatment group and67.64% in the control group.Compared with the control group,the treatment group was better than the control group in improving the TCM syndromes of the patients(P<0.05).(3)After 8 weeks of treatment and 4 weeks after follow-up,both groups of treatments could improve the VAS and DAS28 scores(P<0.05).After statistical analysis,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating the treatment group.The improvement of VAS and DAS28 scores was better than that of the control group,but the improvement of Sharp score was statistically analyzed,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The treatment of the two groups had no significant improvement on joint stenosis and bone erosion.(4)After 8 weeks of treatment,the RF,ESR,CRP and CCP were improved in both groups.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The improvement of CRP and ESR was statistically analyzed.In the control group(P<0.05),there was no significant difference between the two groups in the improvement of RF and CCP(P>0.05).There was no significant improvement in the treatment of “O” between the two groups(P>0.05).After 4weeks of follow-up,RF,ESR,CRP,CCP and anti-O were improved.Compared with before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the groups(P> 0.05).(5)The incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was lower(P<0.05).Conclusion:“Hanbikeli”can improve TCM syndromes such as joint swelling,pain and morning stiffness in patients with rheumatoid arthritis and rheumatoid arthritis,and has long-term curative effect.It can reduce CRP and ESR levels in early stage,and it is effective in treating cold and dampness type RA.Good security.
