Objective:(1)To investigate the present situation of negative sexual behavior in the workplace of nursing students and the five-state personality characteristics of TCM,and to analyze the influencing factors of negative sexual behavior of practice nursing students.(2)To explore the relationship between personality characteristics and the practice nursing students suffering from negative sexual behavior in the workplace,and to find a targeted and operable intervention plan.(3)To explore the application effect of group psychological intervention in improving the way of cognitive emotion regulation,reducing the negative sexual behavior of practice nursing students and reducing the influence of negative sexual behavior.Method:(1)Investigation and study on the negative sexual behavior of practice nursing students and the five-state personality of TCM: The convenient sampling method was adopted in the research.294 practice nursing students in five Grade III A comprehensive hospitals in Lanzhou City were selected according to the criteria of inclusion and exclusion.The negative Sexual Behavior Questionnaire(NAQ-R)and the five-state personality scale of TCM were used to investigate from September to October in 2018.The SPSS22.0 software was applied to the statistical analysis of the data.(2)12 Taiyin personality nursing students were selected according to the principle that the sample quantity is up to saturation until the data repeats.The data were collected by semi-structured interview method.Generic analysis and situational analysis were combined to analyze data.The specific characteristics and needs of Taiyin personality nursing students were analyzed through qualitative research,which could find a basis for the formulation of intervention programs.(3)Intervention research of practice nursing students: Group intervention research was carried out based on the previous investigation and study.34 nursing students were chosen from 39 nursing students with taiyin character,some of whom were excluded because of avariety of factors.There were 17 students in the intervention group and 17 students in the control group.The intervention group carried out 8 group activities from 2018 November to2018 December,with normal internships in the control group.Two groups of students were tested by negative sexual Behavior Questionnaire(NAQ-R)and Cognitive Emotion Regulation Scale(CERQ)respectively before intervention,after intervention and one month after the intervention ended.And comparisons were done between the two groups and the intervention group itself.Results:(1)The study gave out 330 questionnaires,of which 325 copies were recovered.We finally obtained 294 valid questionnaires,excluding the invalid questionnaires such as missed answering,repeated responses,and 31 questionnaires that did not meet the inclusion criteria.The effective recovery rate was 89.1%.The results of this survey show that the total score of negative sexual behavior suffered by practice nursing students is 22~77,with an average score of 30.97±8.76.Of the 294 practice nursing students,188 were non-bullied,accounting for about 63.95% of the total number of students surveyed.106 students were victims of bully,which was about 36.05% of the total number of students surveyed.And there were not victims of serious bully.Comparing the scores of the five-state personality scale of TCM with the national age(18~29),the practice nursing students had low score in Taiyang and Shaoyang,while they had high score in Shaoyin and Taiyin personality.And the differences were statistically significant.There was no statistically significant difference in the scores of yin and yang peace dimensions in 2 groups of students.(2)12 cases of individual in-depth interviews with qualitative studies.The characteristics of Taiyin practice nursing students who were vulnerable to negative sexual behavior were summed up eight genera using the method of generic analysis,which were finally integrated into three core genera.The experience of negative sexual behavior of practice nursing students is divided into the following four levels: pre-internship imagination,experience feeling in the early stage of practice,experience feeling in the middle of practice and the transformation after familiar with clinical situation,using situational analysis method.(3)34 practice nursing students took part in the intervention study,of whom no oneexited.One month after the intervention ended,the tracking test found that 2 students exited in intervention group and 3 students exited in the control group.The research data show that group psychological intervention plays an obvious role in the dimension of individual related bullying,and secondly has a certain effect on the dimension of work-related bullying,which has no effect on the unfair dimension of the organization.Conclusion:(1)Practice nursing students suffer from a high incidence of negative sexual behavior,but their cognition of negative sexual behavior is limited.The internship nursing students are mainly based on Taiyin and Shaoyin personality.The three demographic data variables i.e.Education,age,career intention are the influencing factors of the occurrence and perception of negative sexual behavior in practice nursing students.(2)Taiyin type practice nursing students are more likely to suffer and perceive negative sexual behavior in the workplace.(3)Group psychological intervention directly reduces the Taiyin practice nursing students suffer and their perceive for negative sexual behavior to a certain extent.It indirectly reduces the occurrence and negative effects of negative sexual behavior through the effective improvement of their cognitive emotional regulation.
