Study On The Relationship Between Emotional Labor Strategy And Five-state Personality Of Interns And Intervention

OBJECTIVESThe purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between intern nurses 'emotional labor and five-pattern personality,and to use group training with five-element music therapy to reduce the level of intern nurses' emotional labor,improve emotional labor strategies,and reduce the adverse effects of inappropriate emotional.METHODS1.Research study:Adopting the convenience sampling method,according to inclusion and exclusion criteria,test a sample 431 intern nurses from three 3A-level hospitals and two3B-level hospitals in Lanzhou,using nurses' emotional labor scale,Chinese medicine five-pattern personality inventory as a research tool for questionnaire survey.The data were processed using EpiData and SPSS22.0,and the main statistical methods are: descriptive analysis,t test,analysis of variance,correlation analysis and multiple linear regression analysis.2.Intervention study: In the intervention research stage,based on the presurvey research,formulate a five-element music group counseling program and select a total of 30 intern nurses of the Taiyin personality who are more likely to adopt negative emotional labor strategies.According to the number table method,the nursing students were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,each with 15 students.The intervention group conducted 6 group interventions of five-element music therapy once a week for about 90 minutes each time,while the control group conducts regular follow-up under natural working state without any treatment.Before and after the intervention,the nurses' emotional labor scale was used to test the two groups of people,and the comparison between the two groups and the intervention group itself was performed;The data were processed using Excel and SPSS22.0,and the statistical methods were: chi-square test,independent sample t test,paired t test.RESULTS1.Research results(1)The total score of emotional labor for intern nurses is((3.77±0.70),of which the highest requirement for emotional expression is(4.37±1.28)."Sex","age","education" as influencing factors,the score difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)The intern nurses' five-pattern personality scores in each dimension are:Taiyang personality(11.40±3.64)points,Shaoyang personality(12.13±3.83)points,Yinyang balancedpersonality(6.54±2.38)points,Shaoyin personality(15.11±3.04)points,Taiyin personality(12.14±3.78)points,compared with the national norms of the same age group,the scores of the intern nurses Sun and Shaoyang dimensions are lower than the national norm(P<0.05),and the scores of the Shaoyin and Taiyin dimensions are higher than the national norms mode(P<0.05)."Sex","whether only child",and "source of birth" were the influencing factors,and the score difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).(3)The surface acting of intern nurses is negatively related to Shaoyang personality,Yin and Yang balanced personality,and positively related to Taiyin personality(P<0.05);deep acting is positively related to Yin and Yang balanced personality and Shaoyin personality,and negatively related to Taiyin personality(P<0.05);Emotional expression requirements were positively correlated with Yin Yangbalanced personality and Shaoyin personality,and negatively correlated with Taiyin personality(P<0.05).(4)The five-pattern personality of intern nurses has a specific predictive effect on their emotional labor: Shaoyang personality has a negative predictive effect on the surface acting and a positive predictive function on the deep acting;Yin and Yang balanced personality has a positive predictive function on the deep acting and emotional expression requirements,and a negative predictive effect on the surface acting;Shaoyin personality has a positive predictive effect on deep acting and emotional expression requirements;Taiyin personality has a positive predictive effect on surface acting and a negative predictive effect on deep acting and emotional expression requirements.2.Intervention study resultsBefore intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in the total emotional labor scores and scores of all dimensions between the control group and the experimental group(P>0.05);after intervention,the experimental group's pre-test and back side,the total emotional labor scores,and the surface-acting scores were all measured after the test.There was a decrease,and the score after the deep acting increased,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the total emotional labor scores of the control group and before and after measurement in all dimensions(P>0.05).CONCLUSIONS1.The emotional labor of intern nurses is at a medium level.Among them,gender,age and education have a certain influence on the emotional labor of intern nurses;2.The five-pattern personality distribution of intern nurses is mainly implicit,andgender,whether they are only children,and the source of birth have a certain influence on the personality distribution of intern nurses;3.There is a significant correlation between the emotional labor of intern nurses and the five-pattern personality;4.The five-pattern personality of intern nurses has a predictive effect on the choice of emotional labor strategies.Among them,the intern nurses of Shaoyang personality,Yin and Yang balanced personality,and Shaoyang personality are more inclined to adopt positive emotional labor strategies,that is,deep acting and emotional expression requirements;The intern nurses of Taiyin personality are more inclined to adopt negative emotional labor strategies,namely surface acting;5.The five-element music group therapy can effectively reduce the emotional labor level of Taiyin personality intern nurses and improve the emotional labor strategy.
